Can't miss with this rental, September 18, 2009

We rented this unit for two weeks. It's hard to imagine what we would change to improve our experience. The unit is very clean and well maintained and has everything you would need from linens to kitchen items, cable TV and high speed internet. It is simply but tastefully decorated. It was perfect for our toddler and "child-proofing" the few breakable decorations took all of 5 minutes. Definitely a kid-friendly unit. The beautiful pool and hot tub are literally just steps from the backdoor. The complex is very quiet and the year-round residents we met were very friendly. The location was perfect for us - very safe, well-maintained neighborhood close to shopping, dining, entertainment and major highways. If you like to read check out the awesome library which is just 2 minutes away. The owners were very friendly and easy to deal with and were especially helpful with some special circumstances associated with our visit. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to town.

My family and I spent (8) wonderful days in Mesa, and the Grand Cayon and when we arrived at this wonderful condo. everything you needed was there and the pool was Great.. nice and quiet and everybody was friendly and thanks again to Bill Kipper for being a wonderful host. we felt right at home in this condo.
