Magnificent view of 17th fairway and green with Superstition mountain in background. This quiet and spacious (1375 sq ft) unit located in The Fountain of the Sun complex, a gated and age restricted community. A large garage is included.
Pool, hot tub, gym and cafe are located within the complex and major stores and restaurants are very near by.
$75.00 per month country club membership available to winter renters (Nov-Apr) Extended stay rates can be negotiated.

Mesa Golf Course Townhome

The townhome had everything we needed. Great experience. Wonderful landlords who live next door. They give you all the privacy you want. I would recommend this place to anyone.
