NOTE: This unit is available only, for the months of OCTOBER THROUGH DECEMBER 2009. Book it for one or two or all three months.

This Park Model Home is located in a very nice gated Resort/Park (Val Vista Village) that offers active senior living for the 55+ generation (one resident must be 55 years of age or older and the second must be 35 years of age or older). Conveniently located in Mesa just East of Metro Phoenix , AZ. Nearby are shopping, restaurants, golf, museums, theaters, professional baseball, football, flea markets, casinos, bowling and medical care. Centrally located to everything.

For rent is:
One bedroom clean modern Park Model Home, completely furnished including Lazy Boy sleeper sofa in living room. Hardwood floor through out, washer & dryer, AC, and full carport. The home is located in the resorts Internet Wi-Fi hotspot so there is wireless internet available at no charge. The yard has a grapefruit tree and the park has numerous palm trees as well as security 24/7. This is a very clean well kept park full of friendly people with much to do (tons of amenities – contact me for a list).

Home is available for all three months of October, November and December. Can be rented for two or three months at $900 per month. If you are interested in only one month the rate for one month is $1000.
NO smoking, and no pets.
A Albertson’s grocery store and a CVS Pharmacy store are both just across the street from the resort.
