Two bedroom single family home in quiet, gated,beautiful Adult community (Fountain of the Sun) with many amenities such as large community pool, hot tub, gym/exercise room. There is a Country Club Golf Course on site, however, the rental fee does not include use of the Country Club Golf Course and Club House. Many activities are offered such as exercise classes, games, bus trips, etc. Pet friendly. Completely furnished. Master bedroom has walk in closet and bathroom with shower. Living room has woodburning fireplace. Nice patio with barbeque grill. There is a restaurant and post office on site.

Area Description

Close to freeway, (Interstate 60 & Sossaman). Located in east Mesa. Near malls, casino, multiple golf courses including one golf course on site, restaurants, and much more. Beautiful Superstition mountains in background.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Personal Check
Required Stay: 1 month minimum peak months, 1 year lease at lower price
Deposits: $300 cleaning deposit plus first and last month rent. Additional $250 deposit if renter has a pet.
Other Fees: 1) Renter is reponsible for all utilities if lease is one year at lower price ($1175 per month). Owner provides utilities if lease is less than one year ($1750 per month). 2) Owner provides pool/gym key, car sticker, and Fountian of the Sun yearly common-area maintenance fee.
