Description of the Mesa vacation home rental
Two bedroom single-family, pet friendly home in secure location with gated guard station for entry. Beautiful community for adults (55+). Fountain of the Sun has many amenities available to renter, including a large community heated pool, hot tub, and gym/exercise room. Many activities are offered, such as exercise classes, games, and bus trips. There is a restaurant and post office on site. This house is completely furnished. The main bathroom has bathtub and shower. Master bedroom has walk-in closet, bathroom with shower, and LCD TV. Living room has woodburning fireplace and 36" LCD TV. French doors lead to nice covered patio with table, chairs and a portable barbeque grill. TVs are set up to access approximately 30 free channels. Cable TV, Internet, and telephone hook-ups are available at additional cost to renter from available service providers. Fountain of the Sun Country Club is an 18-hole golf course and club house within the gated community available to renters for an additional fee.
Area Information
Close to freeway, (Interstate 60 & Sossaman). Located in east Mesa. Near malls, casino, multiple golf courses including one golf course on site, restaurants, and much more. Beautiful Superstition mountains in background.
