• Deposits: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent.The Balance Of Rent is due 30 days before your arival date.
   
• Other Fees: $50.00 non refundable cleaning fee and $150.00 refundable security deposit. The Maximun number of guest is limited to two (2) persons. An additonal charge of $10.00 per person per night for guest in addition to two (2) will be assessed.

Accomodations were wonderful--clean and spacious. Rene and Pat were very gracious hosts--eager to do whatever to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We loved the patio--so quiet and private--Great for coffee in the am, or a drink in the evening. Wonderful to have computer and secure internet access. We really miss Mesa's great weather now that we are back in the cold, wind and snow! We hope to return next year!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay for a vacation. It is quiet, very clean, spacious & has everything you will need. (Just take clothes & toothbrush). We think it is exceptional good value for all that it includes for the price. Particularly having a computer with free WiFi made it so useful for us.The cost in comparison to a hotel room is a huge major plus. It is just off Main St.so is only a short drive to shops, restaurants etc. It has a lovely covered back patio with a beautiful adobe area & water feature where you can sit out & enjoy the sun, shade or stars. It is in a nice quiet area with well kept frontages. There is off road covered parking, right outside your own private front door entrance. The owners Rene & Pat are lovely people, they live next door so, if you have a problem they can sort it out (We didnt) There would be no worries over arriving late,they would be there &, as they did for us also, I'm sure they would get essential supplies in for you. We Highly recommend+
