Why pay Resort prices when you can have all the Resort amenities at a fraction of the cost?? Cozy home in a 55+ permier park. Tennis, swimming, hot-tub, gym, all at your finger tips! Plus Lapidary, Ceramics, Woodworking, Silversmith, and more. There is even a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. This fully furnished,(linens, dishes, etc) has a patio with a BBQ grill, just waiting for you to enjoy those beautiful Arizona nights. Close to Shopping, Golf, Casinos, Restaurants, Museums, Theatre, and Light Rail, so getting into beautiful downtown Phoenix is easy!!
Great Summer rates now available, weekly, monthly, or multi-monthly!
For the "peak" season, Jan, Feb, Mar, April, We do require a 3 month lease. The 3 months can be of your choosing. When the 3 month requirement is met, we will gladly rent the remaining month, on a daily, weekly, or monthly term. Rental rates vary depending on length of stay, time of year, etc. Please inquire.

Area Information

Located in Mesa, within close proximity to the new Loop 202, San-Tan and Red Mountain Freeways. It is also located close to US 60, which makes getting around very easy. Golf courses and Casinos near by. Close to the new Light/Rail into Downtown Phoenix, thru beautiful Tempe and ASU.

Wow, everything just as stated and more!

We were really tired of staying at hotels when going to Arizona. This property in Mesa, AZ had everything as stated in a great park. Very nice park mobile home - very clean and super comfy. We were able to take our small dog. The price was very reasonable and the folks we rented from were A-1,OK! My emails were answered right away and my many questions. The security in the park was great. The golf cart was really nice. We were off to the dog park several times a day. We had family in town so we didn't do much at the park but walk around occasionally and take the dog to the park but everyone was super friendly. We hope to return.

WOW, neat place, shopping is convenient, cafeteria-grill in park is excellent...too much to do, next year we'll stay longer!
