Description of the Mesa vacation home rental
Fully furnished, equipped home in Leisure World - a beautiful, upscale, gated, adult community.
Occupancy includes access to Leisure World amenities: state-of-the-art fitness center, pools, spas, wood working shop, jewelry working shop, sewing center, computer center, library, painting center, pool hall, and a number of other activity areas and activities.
The home is a short walk to recreation center complex #1.
Leisure World has two golf courses which are available to tenants but not included in the lease or rental price.
Monthly rental includes all fees and utilities (premium cable, internet access).
For seasonal rentals all utilities are paid by the owner.
All renters must be 45 years of age or older. There is no age limit for renter's guests.

Wonderful experience

The house accommodated all our needs. It was well stocked with linens, dishes, etc. It was a very convenient location - close to freeway, shopping, restaurants, etc. Because it is a gated community, it was always very quiet. The entire property is kept up quite well. The house was close to the club house and gym, which was certainly a plus. We definitely hope to make a return visit.
