Description of the Mesa vacation home rental
This home is a 2000 sq ft stucco over brick home with a 2 car garage, sunken living room, family room with fireplace, dining room, breakfast nook, laundry room, 2 generous sized bedrooms and a very large master suite. Master has a huge closet, walk-in shower and separate w\c. The home has wonderful windows that lets in natural light and keeps out sound.
The front yard features a beautiful old saguaro, and other desert trees and plants. There is a small rose garden near the front entry for a sweet, aromatic homecoming. In the back are fruit-bearing lemon, lime, and grapefruit trees around a lawn and diving pool. The pool is fenced, and the back yard is also fenced for privacy.
The home has a 50 gal. hot water tank, microwave, garbage disposal, range, dishwasher and side-by-side fridge with water and ice in the door.

Great place for first time snowbirders

Comfortable, basic home with excellent access to all major throughways. 15 minutes to airport....quiet neighborhood...nearby park perfect for grandchildren to play..close proximity to great walking trails. situated right between Tempe, Mesa and Chandler....great access to shopping...house is furnished simply with limited seating...basic kitchen...pool unheated and unusable during our 3 month stay....could benefit from more outside furniture and a grill...Owner was most obliging and easy to work with
