Description of the Mesa vacation home rental

Spacious 2 bedroom home, furnished. New tile throughout, covered outside patio with tiled floor and built-in barbecue,counter and sink. Walkin closet in master bedroom. Spacious living room with tv, electric fireplace, couch, lamps,extra hide a bed sofa in great room off kitchen. 2 orange trees and 1 grapefruit tree in back yard. Quiet neighborhood, 2 car garage, electric door, new A/C unit. Easy access to freeways (Interstate 60, 202, at Broadway & Sossaman). Complex amenities include neighborhood pool, community pool, fitness center, hot tub, lake w/fishing(catch & release), cafe, and walking paths, restaurant, post office. Very comfortable and close to all the activities Arizona has to offer. Use of private golf course and Country Club are not included in rental fee. but a monthly Country Club memberships available to tenants for a maximum of 3 months . Includes use of Club facilities and golf on a space-available basis. Please contact me for longer term rates. There is an additional $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee charged on all rentals. Please check for availability. Prefer 3 or more months rental from October 1 to May 1. There is also a refundable $500 damage deposit. All animals and smoking are prohibited in this parcel.

Area Information

Close to freeway, (Interstate 60 & 202 @ Broadway & Sossaman). Located in east Mesa. Easy access to malls, Churches, Casinos, multiple golf courses, Broadway Palms (live theater), including one golf course on site, restaurants, and much more. Beautiful Superstition mountains in background. Sky Harbor airport within 25 minutes on 202 or 60 and Mesa Gateway airport within 5 miles.
