This new listing is truly an executive hacienda with a resort feel. Enjoy outdoor living at it's finest on this incredible and private 1.5 acre desert oasis located in the East Mesa mountains. Secluded and quiet but only 20 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport and 15 minutes to Mesa Gateway airport.

Attention to detail has made the renovation of this 4000 sq/ft Southwest Adobe home a dream vacation property. From the original Saltio tile, wood burning Kiva fireplace, wood pillars and Vegas, to the new Travertine tile and counter tops in the master en-suite, all new kitchen appliances and granite counter tops add to the 'wow' factor of this home.

If you love outdoor living, enjoy the large heated saltwater pool and family sized hot tub or just lounge pool side with your favorite beverage and catch some rays. Relax or dine under our covered and propane heated, 1000 sq/ft patio while taking in the lush desert vegetation and centuries old Sagauro cacti. Enjoy patio furniture while relaxing and watching TV on our 48' HD TV with Direct TV. A custom barbecue station awaits the BBQ enthusiast with a Vermont Casting 5 burner unit and refrigerator overlooking the pool. Private, Mesquite shaded and propane heated additional dining area is conveniently located near the barbecue. A custom made fire pit and bench allows you to enjoy an open fire on cooler nights. Kids can have fun too on the custom play set on soft outdoor carpet adjacent the pool area.

When indoors enjoy our custom made Olhausen pool table and hundreds of hand picked, unique SW accessories and decorations that compliment every room. Enjoy home theater in the family room (adjacent to the kitchen) with a 65' Panasonic Viera 1080P HD TV, Samsung Blu-Ray DVD, Denon receiver and Polk Audio sound. Or for privacy, enjoy the 50' Panasonic Viera 1080P HD TV, Sony Blu-Ray DVD and Direct TV in the master bedroom. One of the finest features of this home is the 12 ft sliding glass doors that open from the pool table/formal living room to the covered patio and pool connecting both indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. 2 en-suites and 2 adjacent. The huge master bedroom features a king size bed and comfy chase lounge for quiet reading or watching TV. Large walk in closet, and beautiful en-suite bathroom with his and her sinks completes this room. The 'Cactus Room' features a queen bed, walk in closet, custom vanity and en-suite. The 'Cowboy Room' features 2 twin beds, walk in closet and custom vanity. Bathroom is located right across the hall. The 'Kids Room' features a custom bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. Bathroom is next door. The private den has a pull out with a double mattress for added comfort.

A very large gourmet kitchen has everything you need but the chef. Knotty Alder cabinets and all new stainless steel appliances including an induction counter top stove and granite counter tops complete this culinary sanctuary.

THE GREATEST HOUSE EVER !!!!

The photos do not do this wonderful home or it's amazing location justice. The home is so tastefully decorated and has an amazing floor plan to allow privacy for all. When spending time outside you feel like you are alone in the desert with amazing mountain views-very private. Yet a few miles away are great restaurants and shopping. Great location for running and cycling. Saguaro Lake is only 25 minutes away. I did an extensive search looking for the perfect house and we found it...Will be back next year.

What was expected, only better !

We are three mature couples, who were in the sixth year of our annual Phoenix area winter holiday. The Kipp property is, hands down, the best all-round facility that we have ever had. The outdoor surrounds were particularly enjoyable. The spacious and extremely well equipped, covered patio , pool, and hot tub area is very private and well laid out. Lots of great desert landscaping, and wildlife. Plenty of spaces to do your own thing . The gormet cooks in our group were very happy with the kitchen and the way in which was equipped. Just a great place !!

A Wonderful Retreat

January 30, 2013

A beautiful southwest home in a quiet area. Plenty of room in the house for 7 women. Everyone had a comfortable bed and no more than 2 had to share a bathroom. The house is tastefully decorated inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, playing pool, watching a movie on the large flat screen TV, walking in the yard and venturing over to the nearby state park for a hike. It's a 30 minute drive to Old Scottsdale but it's a perfect retreat. We felt like we could just move right in. The owners were very helpful and accomodating. We would rent this property again.
