Description of the Mesa vacation home rental
Carriage Manor has a friendly atmosphere in a safe, private resort. Gate is guarded by personnel 24/7. Home owners also own their property, so this is a healthy well kept resort. This park model home is comfortable and cozy, with everything you need including linens and full kitchen. Very clean. New heat pump for heating and cooling. Fall of 2012 installed new laminate flooring and new curtains. Also added new gas grill, new linens and towels, new coffee maker, toaster, and mixer with doe hook.Two bicycles included for renters' use. Resort has great amenities including tennis(very active club with five courts and two ball machines), billiard room with eight great tables, swimming, hot tub, and gym, plus woodworking, ceramics, silversmith and lapidary. Four new pickle ball courts.Resort grill serves breakfast and lunch. Very handy to shopping, hiking in the Superstition mountains, restaurants, golf, casinos and light rail. Require a minimum of three month lease for the peak season of Jan, Feb, and March. If you rent for 4 or 5 months a large discount can be given. Rental includes $100 per month utilities, use of resort facilities, garbage and recycling curbside pickup and flat screen TV with Dish satellite and DVR. High speed internet available by week or month, paid by renter. Pets are negotiable. Resort has fenced dog park and active pet club. Owner lives in resort.
Area Information
Carriage Manor is located in eastern Mesa, close to loop 202 and US 60. Getting around is easy, and local traffic is light due to the eastern location. Just 20 minutes to the open desert of the Superstition Mountains, a great place to explore and hike. A light rail is close, which goes to downtown Phoenix via Tempe and ASU. Golf courses and casinos nearby.
