Description of the Mesa vacation home rental
Two bedroom, two bath, 1676 ft2 home in gated/24 hr guarded community in Leisure World in East Central Mesa. Fully furnished (owner uses property as well), newly updated and refurnished in 2012. Beautiful patio surrounded with georgous bouganvilla, olenanders, cactus and other plants, Family room with 44" flat screen TV and Free Cdn and USA satellite channels, Lazyboy style loveseat, DVD and movies. Huge Master BR with new King size bed, Flat screen TV, walk in closet, master bath with shower/dual sinks. Large Guest BR with new Queen Bed and large walk in closet, all linens provided. Large Dining/Living room with table/6 chairs, sofa, love seat, other sitting chairs, china cabinet, coffee table, etc. Double car garage with washer and dryer and workbench and storage closets. Water cooler, microwave, cordless phones, new carpet throughout in 2012, all utensils/dishes/towels, etc.
Leisure world has everything you would want-two 18 hole golf courses (golf fees at owner rates), two swimming pools, two hot tubs, spas, state of the art exercise room and training, unsurpassed wood working shop, computer club and classes, lawn bowling, painting, jewellery making, dance club and lessons, billiards room (13 tables), theatre with free movies, library, office equipment for use, tennis, bocci ball, bridge/cribbage and other card games, sewing center, plus many other outside organized activities-trips to restaurants/theatres, gun--club, etc.
All utilities/HS internet, Satellite TV included. Long distance calls and golf feesare at extra cost to renter.
Renters must be 45 years or older-no age limit for renters guests.
