Office has internet with wireless, printer/scanner for your communication needs. Flat screen TV's, Vaulted ceilings, BBQ, Fully stocked kitchen with all the spices needed for cooking and plenty of linens and towels are provided & 2 car garage. You will love the private heated pool in the backyard, which is surrounded by wonderful desert Palm trees and flowering plants. Pool service warrants superior water quality. Home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac & the backyard is very private. Walking the neighborhood is delightful and there is a park at the entrance of Red Mountain ranch that your dog will enjoy.

Area Information

This rental home is surrounded by 4 fabulous golf courses, Red Mountain Ranch, Las Sendas, Longbow and Painted Mountain for you to play. Located in the most Northeastern part of Mesa it is close to Saguaro Lake for fishing, bike riding and hiking. It has super easy access to 202 Hwy for quick trips west to Scottsdale & south to Chandler. Lots of good restaurants - Red, White & Brew, I Got Sushi, Nando's, D'Vine's, Chiptole. Grocery stores - Bashas, Frys, Albertsons & Safeway are nearby, with a Starbucks down the street. Superstition Springs shopping mall, (ie: Macy's & Dillards), is close to the house. Also, there is a Costco near the shopping mall.
