This exceptional home is located on the golf course with a great relaxing view of the distant Superstition Mountains.
Beautifully decorated, large living room, spacious family room, dining area off kitchen, large backyard with furnished patio and gas grill.
Kitchen is open to family room and dining room. It is equipped with glass cooktop stove, side by side refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Enjoy the twin leather recliners while watching large screen TV in the family room. The large master bedroom has a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a hidden queen Murphy bed for guests. You will enjoy having a two car attached garage and a complete laundry room with washer and dryer.

The home was decorated beautifully and very clean. The realtor was very accommodating, and nice neighbors. We enjoy The Fountain of the Sun. Great swim pool. Close to churches, restaurants, stores.
