Our sundeck extends to seven miles of pristine sugar-soft sand
beaches along the Gulf of Mexico that are among the finest in the
United States. Sheltered by St. Joseph Peninsula, Mexico Beach has
no undertow. The whole family can swim, wade, snorkel, find that
special seashell, or just let the sugar-white sand squeak underfoot.
In the immediate area, St Joe Peninsula State Park, with its huge sand-dunes
and secluded beaches, was chosen by the Travel Channel's Dr. Beach as Florida's
#1 Beach and the #2 Beach in the United States.(ten miles by car, one mile by boat)

Great Beach House

Me, my husband and our 2 sons ( 11 and 8) rented this house out the week of August 6 - 10. This house was perfect. The house sits directly on the beach. We were able to walk to the beach to drink our coffee in the morning. We were also able to go down to the beach for a little while and go back up to the house as much as we needed. It was not a hassle to carry our stuff down because it is a very short walk. The view is beautiful. The area is quiet so it was perfect for our young children. I would recommend this rental to anyone I know. i would not hesitate to stay here again.
