World-class fishing, scalloping, or snorkeling. Just a quick walk to one of the world's most incredible beaches or bike to a dog's beach haven. Great public beach access with brand new ramp at end of street! Bring your fishing pole and fish from the beach, or bring/rent a boat. Plenty of parking. We also have a new boat ramp right up the road. Mexico Beach is full of attractive shops and you can walk most anywhere in town. Great for both families and friends!

I must mention that I gave a 4 on the matter of principle; there can always be improvement. This place is super cute and cozy and while we were a group of girls, it is in no way so feminine guys wouldn't like it. Well stocked with all needed appliances for cooking, comfortable beds, a direct shot to the beach etc. The internet is strong and there is good cell reception. I had to work remote one day and had no problems streaming an online meeting, sending emails and making all necessary calls. Fans and AC are also all effective and it's easy to get the place to whatever temp you like. Stay here!!!

Very Homey and Relaxing!

This was our second time staying at this house, and we have enjoyed it greatly both times. It is within easy walking distance of the beach in a sleepy, residential neighborhood where everyone is friendly and says hello. The owners also left a couple bikes to use this year, which we did a lot! The house is adorable and so comfortable- with so many added touches that make you feel right at home. We brought a large crowd this year and we still had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to cook, so we were able to save money on eating out. This place is perfect for a family vacation or a girls' trip anytime. I've loved it both times I've been, and am going to try to go back as soon as possible!

There is No place like Home!!!

My husband and I took our kids as well as our nieces and nephew to get away for spring break.....We could not have picked a nicer place! The weather was too cold for the beach most of the time we were there, but they had every thing we needed to still have a great time! Our kids enjoyed the bicycles and hammock, while the adults enjoyed several games of corn hole! This is a great vacation spot for all ages! We will definitely come back on our next trip to Mexico Beach!!! Also, dealing with the owner went super smooth, and as long as you take care of his favorite spot you will get your deposit back Quick!!!

This was a very good trip for my family. The cottage was cute, well furnished, and not far from the beach. The three bedrooms made our stay much more comfortable and the beds were relatively firm, which goes a long way with my family. The neighborhood was pleasant....no loud music or disturbances of any kind. It was reasonably priced . We would stay there again!
