Description of the Mexico Beach vacation home rental

This two bedroom two and half bath beach house is only a short walk to the beach. From the front porch you can see the beach. The sugary white beach is just a short walk away. You can access the beautiful aqua watters of the Gulf of Mexico and the grassy flats of St. Joseph's Bay from the canal front home. The Kitchen is fully furnished with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigertor with ice maker and washer/dryer. The kitchen shares the first level with a living/dining area and a half bath. On the second level you will find the canal front bedroom with a queen bed, double bed, Tv and private bath. On the gulf side you will find a king bed and private bath.

The unit is located on the Panama City end of Mexico Beach near the marina, fishing pier and the Mexico Beach canal Park where picnic areas are avaiable along the sugary white shores of Mexico Beach Florida. Great quite beach. Not crowded.
This house is tastefully decorated in South Sea's decor. There is covered parking underneath and an outside hot/cold shower.The beach in within sight and only a short walk from the house.

• Deposits: An advance payment of 50% of the total rent including all fees and applicable sales tax is required within 10 days of booking. If not received within 10 days of booking, your reservation will be cancelled. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival, the total rent including all fees and applicable sales tax is due at the time of booking. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation will be sent to you. All rates are subject to a $40.00 non-refund

Mexico Beach is today what the beach was for our grandparents. Quaint, cozy and neon free. Our multiple stays at Key Rest have always been a wonderful family experience. On our last visit we were surprized by a bottle of Key Rest's homemade wine. Quite a treat. If you are looking for a short weekend or a longterm place to stay, this is your place. Don't forget to bring your boat. There just aren't too many places to rent with its own boat slip!  more...

This place is just what the name says. Restful and peaceful. My 16y.o. old son and went for a couple of days and had a blast. The house/condo was very clean and very up to date. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We also ate a some local resteraunts where the food was great along with the staff.
