the beach, the apartment is 20 blocks from famous ?Lincoln? Road,

the action is: nightclubs, boutiques, gourmet restaurants, fast food
places, art galleries and a great place to see and be seen. 10
minutes from Bal Harbor´s upscale shopping malls north on Collins
Avenue. Aventura Mall with shopping for the whole family is also 15
minutes away. The Miami area offers great entertainment for young
and
not so young: Sea World, Monkey Jungle, Everglades Park, Metro Zoo,
Coral Gables, Coco Walk, and several sports stadiums within a 15
mile
radius. The Boat Show season is celebrated right across from the Sea
Coast Condominium in February. The apartment is 15 minutes from 5

Therefore send name, address, phone along with a fax number to which
I send a Rental Contract Agreement to be signed and returned
Together with a copy of personal ID and security deposit of $300 US
dollars plus $100.00 for cleaning fee in form of money order or
cashier check. The security deposit shall be received no later than
4 days and should be returned to tenant at the end of term of the
contract if everything is OK. Money and contract not received in 4
days will result void.Cancellation made are nonrefundable.
