LOFT in OCEAN DRIVE,at 850 Ocean Drive,in the heart of Miami Beach, available for short stay-vacation; the apartment is beautiful and the location just in front of the beach is wonderful with an AMAZING OCEAN VIEW! 700 S.F. for 4-6 persons; 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,wood floor, impact glass and anti-noise windows, high ceiling, 1 balcony. 3rd floor;gated property. QUIET and very very CLEAN property. Within walking distance to the most famous restaurants, hotels, clubs, bars, etc.. with the famous promenade on the beach just across the street!
The loft is fully furnished: washer/dryer unit, dish washer, iron, fridge + 1 minibar,microwave, 2 televisions+dvd (1 in a living room and 1 in a bedroom),cable tv,coffe maker, linens, bed sheets, pots-pans, new dishes,glasses,etc...
