Nice resort and accomodations. Perfect location in the heart of Miami Beach but nice stretch of beach and less commercial where the hotel is situated.

Condo easily slept 5 - 1 King bed, 1 trundle bed and a sleeper sofa. Kitchen in excellent condition. Building services were lacking ... only 1 elevator was working which meant always a long wait and there were never enough towels by the pool.

We just returned from our stay in your apartment at the Alexander.
Thank you so much for allowing us to share your vacation home. We
had a wonderful time and the accommodations were lovely. We checked
out this morning at 4:30 a.m. We cleaned up before checking out and
also paid the $110 cleaning fee. We left a few additions to your
beach toys as well as some baby hangers to be enjoyed by you and/or
your future renters.
Please notify me when you return the $500 security fee so that I know
when to expect it.
