The building has a huge heated pool, Valet parking (one car included), 24 hour TV Monitored Security System.
This non smoking studio has: refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, ceiling fan, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, central air conditioner, TV, DVD/CD Player, beach chairs, umbrella and linen.

Located along the most beautiful stretch of land on Miami Beach known as Millionaire's Row close to South Beach, Lincoln Road area, Miami Beach Convention Center, Bal Harbour Shops, Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino, Art Deco District, Bayside Mall and 20 minutes from Miami International Airport.

A $200.00 deposit is required to make a reservation, for full refund, you need a notice of cancellation 15 days prior to date.
Prices may change according to season.
Security deposit will be returned upon check-out if the apartment's conditions are fine and no any violation of the Condominium regulations have been reported.

The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean and cozy. It had everything you might need. Its balcony: great place to enjoy the view and the sound of the waves. Manuel, its owner, was very nice. We would like to rent it again, next year.

The studio apartment is exactly what it look like in the photos. Apartment was clean, nice and cozy. The owner - Emmanuel was friendly and time spent there was worth every cent. I higlhy recommend renting this studio apartment. I will definetly rent again.

IT WAS EVERYTHING WE WANTED, SPECTACULAR VIEW FROM THE 15TH FLOOR BALCONY, CLEAN AND SPACIOUS, VERY WELL STOCKED WITH ALL THE AMENITIES LISTED, QUIET AND VERY COMFORTABLE BED. WE WOULD DEFINATELY USE THIS PLACE AGAIN AND PLAN TO NEXT YEAR. MANUEL VERY NICE AND TRUSTWORTHY. SIMPLY A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE. CASTLE BEACH UNDER RENOVATIONS AND WILL ONLY GET BETTER. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL CLOSE PROXIMITY TO SHOPPING AND SOUTH BEACH A SHORT 25 CENT BUS RIDE AWAY.
