We spent a nice week at this apt with my bf. We found the apt to be very clean and neat. The view from the balcony is to die for, the ocean is 3 min to walk. I would suggest to anyone to go there!!! The owner is very caring for the tenants. Thank you Manuel!!!!

This condo was just perfect for my husband and I. The room was clean and had a breath taking view of the ocean from the large balcony. Free valet parking was great. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to stay on Miami Beach.

Mi marido y yo estuvimos 7 dias en este departamento y nos fue muy bien. Estaba todo impecable cuando llegamos. La ubicacion es muy buena y la vista desde el balcon INCREIBLE!!! Manuel, el dueño, fue muy amable. El edificio es bastante viejo y le faltaria un poco de mantenimiento. La gente que nos atendio tanto en el puesto de seguridad como en el parking estuvo muy bien!

I loved the location of the condo. Not in the middle of all of the craziness of SOBE but still in a 5-10 minute drive. The condo itself was very clean and cute. The balcony was exactly as pictured on the website. The condo is really just one large room but very comfortable for 2 people. Manuel was very helpful and accomodating. The parking is valet only but it is free, you just have to tip them $1.00. Just make sure that they get the correct keys ( they didn't understand me a couple of times.) I suggest writing down the room # and just showing it to them. I loved the convience of the beach access. It is right past the pool, which is beautiful also. My only complaint was the broken elevators, there was only one working when we went. If I ever visit Miami again, I would love to stay in this condo again. Thanks Manuel

Ed Perez is a wonderful person to deal with. Everything was as promised. He is a delightful person and extremely reliable. The condo was clean, bright with a marvelous view over the ocean. Spectacular sunrises. Plenty of nice amenities. We are planning to return and have told Ed already.

The owner, Manuel, is very nice & tried to be accommadating. He put in a computer router for us (my husband programmed it for him). It is tastefully furnished - without being overcrowded - although we did bring in the nice large round glass table & two chairs from the balcony for eating & using our computers. The only problem for us was that it is not a full size refrigerator. If you eat out/bring in most nights it's not too bad. Again, we enjoyed our stay!

This studio was clean and very comfortable. The owner was excellent to deal with and very accomodating to us. The overall building is in old condition and in the process of being updated. But to us this didn't matter because the studio was great. The balcony was outstanding to relax on and have a few drinks while listening to the ocean. Would rent this place again! The only complaint was drilling at 8:00am above us and the noisy construction by the pool area.

It Was Everything We Wanted, Spectacular View From The 15th Floor Balcony, Clean And Spacious, Very Well Stocked With All The Amenities Listed, Quiet And Very Comfortable Bed. We Would Definately Use This Place Again And Plan To Next Year. Manuel Very Nice And Trustworthy. Simply A Beautiful Experience. Castle Beach Under Renovations And Will Only Get Better. Everyone Was Friendly And Helpful Close Proximity To Shopping And South Beach A Short 25 Cent Bus Ride Away.
