Couldn't have asked for better!!!

This is such a wonderful place to stay!!! The owner, Emilio, was extremely helpful and polite, he was only a phone call away the entire time, if we needed him, which we didn't because we had everything we needed! I definitely recommend this place to ANYONE! The valet parking was a HUGE plus, the view from the room balcony was absolutely amazing on the 11th floor. The building was under construction but didn't bother us a bit-it was still very nice and quiet! We will without a doubt be coming back again in the future!

Fantastic condo!

Such a great condo! Very clean and spacious and had everything we needed for the beach. The balcony view was amazing! Beach was great and hardly anyone there (unlike the crowded beach of South Beach). South Beach was very close and easily accessible by bus or taxi. The owner was great and very easy to get in touch with. Definitely recommend this condo!

Nice condo on a private beach!

This condo had everything that we needed - it was clean, had free valet parking, a private beach, and was conveniently located on multiple bus routes. The owner was very easy to work with and easy to contact. I would highly recommend this condo.

Nicely Furnished Unit with a Great View!

This is a nicely furnished, reasonably priced, clean unit, with a great direct view of the ocean and beach. Everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay is provided. The free 24hr valet parking is very convenient, and the owner is very accomodating. I would definatley recommend this rental and will most likely stay there again in the future.

Wonderful stay

My family and I stayed at this condo for 4 nights and had a great experience. There were many perks to staying in this apt. as opposed to a hotel: cheaper, more space, free valet parking, small kitchenette for making breakfast. The apt. was also equipped with 3 beach chairs and 3 beach umbrellas which we used daily at the beach. The view from the balcony is spectacular and we enjoyed just sitting there to enjoy the ocean breeze and the sounds of the ocean. The free valet parking was also really convenient, especially when arriving late. The only negative aspect is that the building is in the process of being remodelled and the carpet in the hallway looks a little dirty. But the aparment is in great condition and the amenities far outweigh the cosmetic flaws. If you are not concerned with appearances and just want a comfortable and convenient place to stay that overlooks the beach then I recommend this apartment.

A wonderful view and balcony

This is a very nice efficient condo Unfortunately the building is under construction and the noise and breaks in water service is annoying. However, the view and size of balcony in this unit made up for it.
