2nd time to stay here. I love the studio and it's wonderful balcony overlooking the beach from the 7th floor. It's quiet and comfortable and Hilda is a pleasure to deal with. Weather was iffy but that's the chance you take ! Overall I had a wonderful stay at a reasonable price right on the ocean. hope to return.

Appartamento molto carino, ben accessoriato (frigo, microonde, connessione internet, teli da spiaggia, valet parking, piscina della struttura...) e in posizione molto comoda (direttamente alla spiaggia, vicino fermata bus, soli 10 minuti di auto da Ocean Drive). Contatto con la proprietaria molto cordiale. Pagamento con Paypal perfetto. Very beautiful condo, well equipped (fridge, microwave, internet, valet parking, swimming pool of the hotel...) and ideal location (beach front, near bus stop, just 10 minutes by car far away from Ocean Drive). We were there in September for 3 weeks in the apartment, and it was very nice. All it takes is one, and Hilda is very eager to fulfill your every desire. The pool is great and there are only a few steps from the sea. The Castel Beach is very clean and low in the lobby you will find a couple of small business - respect but these are very expensive - The apartment has a Fantastic view overlooking the ocean every morning we enjoyed very much. We have already booked with Hilda in 2013 and will certainly come back. Thanks for everything Tino and Anja from Berlin

Unable to think of a single thing missing - the owners have thought it through and provided everything before you even think about wanting it - beach chairs, umbrella, towels, even beachbag that didn't harbour sand, well supplied kitchen.The necessary valet parking seemed a bit inconvenient if you forgot anything in the car, but pretty efficient nevertheless.We'd have no hesitation in returning.

All of the questions I had were answered promptly by the owner and even items that were curiosity of the area and not specific to the rental. The building had a couple stores in the lower lobby that was nice when just needed to get a convenience item. Depending on what you wish to do for your stay and if have a vehicle will depend if the location is right for you. Isn't in South Beach so you don't have all of the traffic and makes for a more relaxed feel but then will have to walk or a short drive. I prefer this instead of having a younger crowd active at all hours.

This apartment was wonderful. The pictures were exactly as advertised. The location was great as well. We wanted to avoid the hustle and bustle of south beach while maintaining quick access, and at this location it was possible. The space was very clean and efficient; the kitchen was well equipped for the cooking that we did. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well. I can't say enough about how nice and prompt the owner, Ms. Hilda, was. We never had to wait too long for a response to question/concern. I highly recommend this property!!

We stayed for 4 nights and apt has everything as mentioned. It was clean, well kept, and has all the necessities you need. The view was spectacular, you can watch sunrise every morning. The onsite beach was great for a quite morning walk, pool was well-maintained, and valet service was quick. We are planing to visit miami in few months and this will surely our first choice.

How Can I Put This , Looked Much Bigger In Pictures , Elevators One Working Only To Many Ants In Kitchen View Was Great Close To Everything Needs Big Time Renovation But That View From The Balcony Is Worth A Million Dollars. Would Go Back But Not More Then 2 People And Has To Be Renovated , Beach Is Beautiful And One Minute Of Walking From Building.

tous les matins un petit dejeuner sur le balcon soleil levant on oublie tout, la vue est magnifique ,le condo bien place en auto, en autobus a pieds on ne peut s ennuyer. tres bon service des valets parking, un studio tres confortable .la belle vie a ne pas manquer,nous reviendrons car nous avons apprecier notre sejour.

There was everything has shown in the beautifull photos..no surprise...the sea view by the balcony his more than a picture... we were 2 months and we soo enjoy we did rent it for the next year for 3 months...we did appreciate the special kichen fonctions for a small area .Monique and Jacques

This Studio is great! The room is well appointed with all the necessities you need, It is clean and well kept, the patio is very relaxing with a beautiful view of the ocean!The building is well maintained with valet parking and a fantantic pool and beach access! We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back in the future.

Me and my wife spent on week in this appartment and had a wonderful time. The place is newly renovated and very nice and clean. The view from the balcony is fantastic and offers great morning sun for your breakfast coffee. Valet parking offers great service. The building it self, however, needs to be renovated, the basement only hold vacant stores.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful studio. The view from the balcony was something spectacular. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We will definitely come again, maybe next time we can stay for two weeks instead of just one.
