the building is old, the cleanliness was terrible, and there were cockroaches, I had good access to the beach and the pool, went to complain at the oficce but never came to fix the problem.

I went there for 5 days and it was great! Nice staff, excellent location, just 5 min from south beach! oceanfront, big pool, It was everything I expected and more. I am definitely renting again next time I'm on Miami!! :)

My experience at the Walk to The Beach residence was pretty good. I wish I had been more familiar with the area prior to my arrival. If I return to the area I will look into staying here instead of at hotel.

My husband and I rented this condo for our anniversary for 4 days and we had so much fun. The condo is very clean and nice. It has everything you need. Its great for a couple to get away. Also its so close to everything that you can walk. Mauricio was awesome too he took the time to show us the place and suggested places for us to go to. Thanks so much Mauricio, we will definitely come back and stay again soon.

Was very satisfied with this cute little apartment. It's a perfect cozy little home away from home. It's well equipped and has a quite comfortable bed and pillows. Nicely renovated and perfect for 2 people. The only inconveniance is parking if you have a car. There are plenty of metered spots available but you must be up and out by 8am to put money in the meters. Other than that I can only give rave reviews. Thank you Maurizio!

i first had booked a hotel room but after talking with the guy in the hotel and he told me if i kept the a/c on in the room it wouldnt stink. i knew i needed a better place to stay. great choice ******This is an apartment setting. very quite,clean,warm,cool when use a/c,delightful place to stay. washer/dry on site,stores walking distance.over all i love it me and friends shared the apt. and we all loved it. beds very comfortable kitchen clean. the down fall of this property is that outside which has nothing to do with your stay they are remodeling outside so you think its bad but looks are deceiving. great choice for my first experience. great choice .i will stay again
