Olga is a wonderful host. We think she is kind, honest, and charming. The studio is very clean, LARGE, updated, and comfortable. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the waves and surf can be heard all the time (so relaxing!). The only drawback is the spotty cell phone coverage in the unit. You have to go out in the hall by the elevators to be able to talk on the phone. The security guards at the reception desk are very helpful and informative. All of them speak English**Warning: The woman who owns the convenience store on the shopping level is EXTREMELY rude, so I would NOT recommend shopping in that store. Also, the pizza we ordered from her tasted TERRIBLE.** The laundry room machines cost $1.50 to wash or dry, so you have to have plenty of quarters. The machines are brand new and very nice. When using the valet for your car, do not leave your car unattended, because they will try to take it before you are done unloading. Allow 5-20 extra minutes for them to bring your car to you. The building feels safe. The door and lock to the unit is thick, heavy, and strong, and no one tried to enter our unit without our knowledge. The pool looked clean, but we did not use it because the weather was too cool outside. The city buses are very convenient and inexpensive. We used them a lot. If I go back to Miami Beach, I will rent a scooter to get around and leave my car in the valet. Olga provided all the kitchen gear that we needed to make basic meals. We brought our George Foreman electric grill/griddle so we could grill steaks and make pancakes. Olga does provide a two-eye electric hot plate that works very well (I do not know if this detail was in the unit description, but it was important to me.) There was limited hot water on Saturday and Sunday (luke-warm not cold) but plenty of hot water on the other days. Water pressure is strong. You may want to bring extra towels from home, especially kitchen towels and washcloths. All the pictures on the profile are an accurate portrayal of the unit. The bathtub is great. I love bathtubs. There is no heat, only A/C. If you are coming in the winter, maybe think about packing an extra blanket. Olga has one nice extra blanket, but we needed 2 blankets on the bed in January. There is plenty of storage space for your stuff--2 dressers, 2 closets, bath cabinets and drawers, and kitchen cabinets and drawers. The beach is directly in front of the building and is so beautiful. It is easy to access.

Thank you so very much for the wonderful vacation! The apartment was very good! The oceanview was fantastic! The ocean and its sound were not just close, they were inside the studio constantly! The sunrise at breakfast... I enjoyed every minute of my stay! The price was reasonable and the renter was in every way helpful. the owner was always kind and helpful. We were allowed to have and early check-in and late check-out due to our flight schedule. the apartment was fully equipped and clean. The beach is narrower in that area which was actually perfect, since it gives you a sense of privacy you don`t get in more central beaches. It is certainly a good option to stay

Estuve en miami durante los dias 14 de octubre hasta el dia 21 del mismo en su edificio de apartamentos y lo pase muy bien. El apartamento que rente estaba en muy buenas condiciones y la vista hacia el mar es muy hermosa, las instalaciones estaban en perfectas condiciones ya sea de la recepcion del edificio y asi tambien la pileta y el servicio de valet para estacionamiento del auto. This unit was clean and tidy. The owner thought a head of all our needs. She even supplied beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Fantastic view of ocean. We were thoughly pleased with this unit. Although there was some remodeling being done it did not interfer with our visit. The owner was very easy to work with and quickly answered our questions. The staff was helpful, and very friendly. I will definely use this unit again and will recommend this location to my friends.

The view was amazing from the condo, and the beach was incredible. Owner was very good at answering all my questions. Condo is very quiet, along with a cute bathroom and "kitchen". Towels, bathroom and kitchen were all clean and ready to use. Some of the things I wasn't too impressed: the bed was hard as a rock, there was no oven in the "kitchen" which it states there is(there is a mini toaster oven however), and the building itself is a disaster. But they are doing a complete renovation to the building so it will probably be nice when they are done. Also there is zero cell phone signal in the condo, had to go outside or down to the lobby to get a decent signal to use our phones. Overall had a good time :)

We had a great stay... Everthing is like described and shown on the pictures. We enjoyed the Pool a lot and appriciated the close by shops to get some snacks [located within the building]. The location itself is close to south beach as well as aventura. Check-in and check-out was smoothly.

Quiet, clean, relaxing vacation rental!

This was our first trip to Miami and this condo was perfect. It is on North Beach and while we were there it was very quiet (most of the spring break action was at South Beach). The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean with beautiful views. The owner was so patient with all my questions and her description of the property is 100% accurate. South Beach is about a 10-15 minute drive (that's where all the excitement is). We ended up renting a car, it just made it easier (our cab rides to the airport were $32 and $35). Bottom line: we would rent this place again in a heartbeat. The owner made everything easy.
