Description of the Miami Beach vacation apartment rental

Light, cheery, one of a kind designer studio overlooking the gardens of a boutique hotel. A Murphy bed ingeniously becomes
a dining/office table during the day. There is also a Queen size convertible sofa bed. Apartment is fully equipped. Just
bring your toothbrush and flip flops. TV, cable/DVD, dishwasher. One block behind Versace Mansion. Walk everywhere.
One time cleaning fee of $60. Maid service available.

News Cafe, Lincoln Road. Great shopping and restaurants
all within easy walking distance. A folding bicycle is
available with the rental for an additional security deposit
of $250 to cover replacement in case of loss.

Myself and a friend stayed in this apartment over Memorial weekend. The location of the apartment is great, you cannot get a better location in terms of clubs, beach, and food spots. As the first review states the apartment really does have everything you need for a short stay, even has beach mates and umbrellers (saves you $30 on the beach) Quick and easy check in and checkout Would highly recommend

My sister and I stayed for a week, and it was so great! Everywhere we wanted to go was steps outside our door. Payment was easy, as well as key exchange. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. We were happy to find cooking utensils, towels, a dishwasher, even spices. Everything worked out great.
