The apartment is completely and handsomely furnished with queen bed, linens, towels, queen futon in living room, pillows, dining table/chairs, closet for easy organizing, beautiful hardwood flooring, nicely equipped kitchen to prepare meals, 32" wall-mounted, flat screen TV w/cable, Central Air, no telephone so bring cell. No parking lot but metered street parking and a parking garage nearby are available, City buses are also convenient.

La ubicacion es excelente para disfutar South beach, es muy acojedor, comodo, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para una estadia agradable. El cuarto es super bonito y la cama muy comoda. This was a fabulous rental unit. Me and a girlfriend of mine stayed here for a week and could have been more thrilled with the location and the amenities this unit offered. Also the owner of the unit couldn't have been nicer she made sure our trip was a memorable one.

This unit was SPECTACULAR and is located in a perfect spot. 100% nicer than any hotel we have ever stayed at. We came with our 10 month old son and the place was more baby proffed than our home. The owner was very polite and couteous to my wife and I. She even picked us up at the airport. She called us several times to offer her assistance and advice.

The best thing about the unit is the awesome Queen posturpedic foam bed. I never wanted to get out of it.

We had absolutely no issues/problems. When ever whe come back to South Beach we will definitely stay here. Peace to you and your family Martha.
