This updated studio in the North Beach Historical Resort District of Miami Beach, is in a condo-hotel named Casablanca, a beach front property, with pool and other amenities. The studio accomodates 1 to 4, has a full kitchen, a walk-in closet, a full bathroom, fully equipped with TV/Cable, Phone/Voicemail, High Speed Internet DSL Modem and wireless, 2 full-size beds, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, towels (beach and bath), linens, radio and radio/alarm clock, dishes, cookware, practically everything you may need for a weekend or a lifetime. Lounge and surf the Internet in the beautiful redecorated lobby, there is a restaurant and bar inside, with its outdoor dining area "al fresco", oversize pool, and is simply in the best central location of Miami Beach, close to everything but yet in an upscale and more tranquil area. This is right on Collins on the water side. Plenty of bus transportation practically at your door. This owner includes one Valet Parking (a $16 per day value). There is laundry in every floor and 3 elevators. Security in the premises.

Located in the North Beach Resort District of Miami Beach, just one block from a rowing club and outdoor (free of charge) gym, close to shopping and restaurants, walking distance to major grocery stores, pharmacies, and shops. Only 10 minutes to South Beach. Nestled between South Beach and Bal Harbor. Close to Aventura Mall and only one bridge away from Downtown and the new MidTown Shopping Center. Only a few minutes from Miami airport, less than 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. 15 minutes to the Port of Miami and Bayside, the AA Arena and the Performance Arts.

This was a perfect place and the price is unbelievable! Diana was extremely helpful and we had everything we needed. Very nicely decorated and clean and easy access to small cafés and markets with a great South American feel. Had a much 'homier' feel than the average hotel. The pool was immaculately clean and well attended (screaming children were not tolerated) and the stretch of beach was beautiful. We will definitely be back!
