Property: Casablanca. 6345 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida 33141, Apt. 523. THIS IS A DIRECT-OWNER RENTAL.
Location: Miami Beach. We are in North Beach. We are near South Beach (5-10 minutes) but we are not in South Beach.
Views: City View and Partial View of the Beach.
Beach Front Property on Collins and 63rd (North Beach).
Parking: Your rental includes 1 valet parking space paid by the Owner, a $17 per day value.
Size: Studio 330 sq ft
This updated studio in the North Beach Historical Resort District of Miami Beach, is in a condo-hotel named Casablanca, a beach front property, with pool and other amenities. The studio accomodates 1 to 4 persons, has a full kitchen, a walk-in closet, a full bathroom, fully equipped with TV/Cable, Phone/Voicemail, free wi-fi Internet in the entire building, 2 full-size beds, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, towels (beach and bath), linens, radio and radio/alarm clock, dishes, cookware, practically everything you may need for a weekend or a lifetime. Surf the Internet anywhere in the building through wi-fi. Lounge in the beautiful redecorated lobby, there is a restaurant and bar inside, with its outdoor dining area "al fresco", oversize pool, heated in the Winter only, and is simply in the best central location of Miami Beach, close to everything but yet in an upscale and more tranquil area. This is right on Collins on the water side. Plenty of bus transportation practically at your door. This owner includes one Valet Parking (a $17 per day value). There is laundry in every floor and 3 elevators. Security in the premises 24 hours. Monitored with cameras.

El apartamento es muy completo y tiene todo lo que uno necesita para una vacacion, desde sillas y sombrillas de playa hasta hilos y aguja para cualquier emergencia. Todo muy limpio, la parte trasera del edificio tiene salida directa a la playa además de una piscina grande, la atención del valet parking es excelente. La dueña es muy amable No pude quedar mas satisfecha.

Easy access to beautiful beach, large pool area and all amenities needed to make you feel at home. Just a bit smaller than appeared online, but not uncomfortable in the least. Will definitely return.

the apartment had everything we needed: towels, linens, pots, pans, napkins, even a little bit of coffee and sugar-- we were able to have our morning coffee without going out! Plus it was clean and we felt safe all the time. We really enjoyed it a lot and will be back without any doubt. the owner is very easy going and caring, thanks Diana!

The property is everything its advertised to be and more. The room was clean, nicely decorated and more than adequate with lots of extras. The property is right on the beach with wonderful views of the coastline!! Diana even had a lot of extras in the room, such as beach chairs, picnic basket, beach toys for kids and much more. It is well worth the affordable price. Nearby restaurants, like Cubi Thai, were very affordable. Diana was very responsive and reachable. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Excelllent location with easy access to shopping malls, airport, restaurants, etc. Very convenient swimming pool and beach just on the backyard. Vallet parking service included was a plus. I have checked several other options but this one was a very good deal. I am very happy with my choice!

This was a perfect place and the price is unbelievable! Diana was extremely helpful and we had everything we needed. Very nicely decorated and clean and easy access to small cafés and markets with a great South American feel. Had a much 'homier' feel than the average hotel. The pool was immaculately clean and well attended (screaming children were not tolerated) and the stretch of beach was beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Thank you for our stay in your lovely condo #523. The small things, beach bag with brightly colored beach towels ready to go, beach chairs and umbrella ready for use...plenty of towels, the memory foam mattress for a refreshing deep sleep. Kitchenette fully stocked with even a blender. The hotel staff and security were friendly. Access to the beach and pool was wonderful!
