Great time! We had our 2 kids 3 yr old and 3 month old with us! It was a very comfortable suite with full kitchen. We would rent again. The balcony view was of the pool and ocean view was ok.

From the time we were dropped off at the Fountainebleau, it was truly spectacular. The the room was spacious and well appointed and service was excellent. Amazing pools and beachfront and a culinary delight in the evening with the dining options on the property!

The Fontanbleau is an amazing resort and I highly recommend it. The apartment was fine, comfortable and can easily accomodate a family of 5. I will definetely go back, but I will request a deep cleaning. (The carpet, the curtains, the balcony, the kitchen requires an in depth cleaning, not just the usual hotel cleaning.).

Our stay at the Fontainebleu, Miami Beach was simply wonderful. The views from our junior suite were so amazing, we didn't close our curtains at night so that we could wake up to such peaceful, gorgeous scene of the turquoise ocean waters and blue skies. The hotel facilities and grounds are fabulous, you have all in one awesome place. Our suite was very comfortable, just perfect. We will come back any time we can. South Beach is close enough from the hotel yet you can also say far enough from the unwanted noise.

Great accommodation - the unit is a gem, overlooking the pool with a decent ocean view. Spacious, well-appointed and immaculate - large rooms, large balcony; just a great place to call home. And you need not worry about booking details - very clean, straight-forward process with no hidden anything. We will be back!

I wanted to plan a surprise for my wife for our 25th Wedding Anniversary...oh man was she ever blown away with this incredible oceanview suite! The owners were super nice and treated us with great respect...it was everything they said it would be. If you go on the Fontainebleau website and look at all the pools, restuarants, spa, and services offered...it is exactly what you get...FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY! I told my wife we were staying at another hotel in South Beach and that we needed to stop by the Fontainebleau to pick some Miami Heat Tickets that a friend was holding for us at the front desk...when we walked in, she said "just think, we almost stayed here" ...when we got to the desk she almost fainted when I said "Reservation for 2". The conceirge had arranged to have rose petals and champagne in our room along with chocolate covered strawberries...very nice treat to top off our arrival (this was extra...but I didn't mind it because it was part of the surprise). Everything else was included...the parking (awesome valet service), beach chairs, towels and service to you at anytime! We even ordered room service after a late night out on the town...it was almost 2am and I ordered room service FROM MY CAR on the way back...when we arrived, there was a knock on the door...hot food on the spot! There is just no place like this! WE are already trying to figure out how and when we can go again...I'm sure we won't wait another 25 years! LOVED IT from start to finish!!!

The hotel, pools, and beach were great. The room itself is spacious and has one of those picture perfect views of the ocean, which is Caribbean turquoise and blue. Our family would return in a heartbeat.

Hi there, Big plus: I can highly recommend the place we stayed. We traveled in style. The hotel is big but super nice, sparkling clean, modern and sleek. There are 11 delicious restaurants and about 7 pools. The lobby lounge and club are amazing and definitely worth checking out. Free beach chairs and continental breakfast is also a plus staying at the owner suite. If you are a hotel guest and not renting from the owner they would charge you $20 for a chair and I am sure the breakfast would be around $20 box as well. There is also a great wooden elevated boardwalk you can stroll up and down all the way to Ocean Drive. Great for walks or runs in the later afternoon. Minus: It is about a 7$ cab ride to Lincoln and Collins which is where most of the action happens. So too far to walk but 7 box is not much too. The sand strip on the beach is definitely very narrow and not as nice as further up. You can either walk up or take a cab if you like a wider beach. It depends what you are looking for but it is still nice and quiet. Didn’t see lots of shops around or CVS etc. but might have missed it.

We just came back from a truly luxurious vacation in the Fountainbleau. The room and the whole resort were stunning and wonderfully kept. Anything you could wish for was available. We would definitely like to go again in the future!
