Perfect place

.... a beautiful, stylish and well decorated appartment in the centre of SoBe.... I could walk almost to everything, if not, the South Beach Local Bus stops around the corner. Everything you need for your stay is provided in this studio, from hair dryer to WiFi, enough towels etc. On the roof is a sweet little sun terrace. The landlady is super nice and helpful. I will come again next year :-)

This is the second year we have stayed in this wonderful studio and we are coming back again next year. You cannot beat the location, just a couple of blocks from Lincoln Road, Collins Avenue, Ocean Drive and the beach. The studio is exactly as described; it is clean, well equipped, and in a secure building. Alicia is helpful and very accommodating AND you can't beat the price. Do not hesitate to stay here.

My wife and i stayed here in October 2010 for 9 nights . and we thoroughly enjoyed the place. Everything was in easy reach. We stayed in Miami Beach many times before , but this is the best for, both value and location . the owner was very welcoming and could be reached easily, not that we had any real reason to . we will definitley stay here again.

Location, location, location!

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 20 days and all we can say is that we know where we will stay in Miami next time! The location is fantastic, 1 1/2 block from Lincoln Rd, a stone's throw from Espagnola, 2 blocks from the beach. What more can you want? Apart from the location, the apartment was great, super well maintained with everything you need when you are on holidays. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this apartment.
