Wir durften Manuels Apartment im 15. Stock mehr als 3 Wochen genießen. Neben der traumhaften Aussicht bietet es wirklich alles, um sich auch selbst versorgen zu können. Der Besitzer Manuel erwies sich vor, während und nach unserer Reise als pünktlicher und absolut zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für den fantastischen Aufenthalt in Miami. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal in Manuels Apartment.

Beautiful view

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful view. The unit is a little dated and had several light bulbs missing. All around we had a very nice time and really liked the Surfside area.

Beautiful and reliable

My family and I spent the whole month of June in this rental. The owners were amazing and accommodating. The location and condo was even better in person than the website. We were very pleased and always try to stay here when we return to the Miami area.

The apartment was clean bright and although modest in furniture comfortable The bed however was on the small side for a couple The occcupants of the building were very friendly and the valet always pleasant and helpful The area great near stores restaurants dry cleaner really most necessities close at hand The beach nice area with walk However the weather for February hot and sunny was not mentioned in the lease!

Perfect Family Vacation

We loved everything about this vacation rental. We were worried about finding comfortable accommodations for 2 adults and a 6 year-old child. This location met all of our needs. The unit offers a full kitchen, separate sleeping area and best of all, beach equipment; including a beach umbrella, toys and boogie boards. The unit decor is very modern and bright, combined with the 11th floor balcony and a great view of the ocean and city. We were also walking distance to the Publix grocery store and many small shops and eateries. Ana was very responsive to our emails prior to arrival and incredibly accommodating to anything we needed. We cannot wait to go back and will definately rent from Ana again. Lori, Dan and Olivia
