Fabulous place to stay

This is a really lovely place to stay; well appointed, on beach, convenient for walking to supermarket, and for getting bus to South Beach (we didn't hire car). It was very clean, had every amenity and a great pool too. Beach chairs (provided) were put to good use! Very comfortable stay and owner very pleasant. Would recommend highly.

Location Great for the Beach...

This was a very nice place, it had everything we needed, including beach chairs. The pool and hot tub are really nice. We had some bad weather, but still had a good time. Recommend for family stay if you want to be near the beach. as location is not within walking distance of any night life, but just a few minutes drive and you can be in South Beach if that's what you are looking for.

Michel the owner was great throughout the whole process. We arrived Saturday afternoon late and Michel was there to show us through out the whole place. He took his time and made sure we didn't have any questions before he left. The apartment was great. It was clean and the views were wonderful. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it.

Visit to Miami

Each year we plan a trip to the Miami area and go to a live Miami Dolphin game. We always stay on Pompano Beach but this year they had our hotel shut down during the time we wanted to go. After a lot of searching on line for a nice place a good cost we ran across the apartment on Miami Beach. We arrived on Saturday 9-10-11 around 5:30 pm and the owner Michel was there to greet us. Michel took us around the area and showed us the apartment, pool area, exercise area, beach area etc. Michel took his time to make sure we knew were everything was at before he left. The apartment was spotless and the views from the balconies were great. We got more for our money then we would have gotten from a hotel room. The apartment would handle a family of 4 with no problem at all. The apartment had everything you would need and then some. We had a wonderful time and our week went by so fast but we enjoyed ever minute of it. Michel was truly a man of his word and if you are looking for a nice, clean place to stay then this is your place. Thanks gin to Michel who made all this worth wild.

The condo is located in a very nice area in Miami Beach, not far away from South Beach and not far away from Sunny Isles. It s ON the beach with a fantastic BBQ area with games for the kids. The building is very well mantained, with security 24 hrs. The gym is excellent with bathrooms and lockers near by. The pool area is fantastic, with a jacuzzi and very clean. In the condo, the view is amazing! With two balconies to have breakfast and dinner. It s very well equiped and you even have at your disposal beach chairs and a other items. The master bedroom is amazing too, very big and the bathroom is vary big with a jacuzzi and a shower. The condo is very clean throughout, with everything you need. You even have beach towells too! Everything worked and everything was as described, even better than described! The most important matter to mention is that Michel is a great guy! He will be there to show you around when you check in and if you ever need anything you can contact him anytime (we didnt need to contact him as everything was perfect). I am already recommending Michel and his condo to all my friends so I will say : If you are looking to rent in Miami beach, a condo with style and well located, this is it! I forgot to mention that the parking is included and you ll have a designated spot with valet if required. Thanks Michel for a great stay and we will be going back soon!

We really loved this place. It was cozy, spacious, and just met our needs perfectly. This was my first visit to Miami and I could not have a picked a better place to stay. There were four of us and I didn’t feel crowded in the condo. The views were amazing both day and night. The beach was so pretty, warm, and so close – just a few steps from the condo’s garden area. You can’t go wrong with this rental. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a quick drive to the South Beach area too or any other hot Miami destinations or recreational areas. The condo has every amenity that you need to make your stay complete. The owner is great and very accommodating – he is a man of his word. The condo is exactly as the pictures show in the advertisement. We look forward to visiting again next year!

This was our second visit in the relatively short time Michel and his wife have been renting this property. I can tell you that all the other five star reviews are accurate. No exaggerations. This condo is probably nicer than any vacation place where you have ever stayed, and the price is very moderate. It's on a really nice part of the beach. The bed is comfortable, huge whirlpool tub, plenty of hot water and so forth. As long as my step-daughter continues to practice law in Miami, this will be our vacation place. We highly recommend. Just be sure to reserve early.

The Best In South Beach!

This is our second stay in this unit. It is spectacular. Michel is so happy to make your stay first rate. The unit has the best views around. You can have breakfast looking at the ocean and watch the sunset from the living room with it's floor to ceiling windows. The beds are great. The bathrooms have super showers. Plenty of space for 4 people. The kitchen is very functional. The beach is just a few steps away and the pool and fitness areas are super. You will not find a better place to stay than this unit. Very reasonable for the amenities. We love it!

We liked the apartment. It's specious, wonderful windows with almost 360 degree view. It's on the beach. The building has a play ground and a pool, and conveniently located to all major attractions.

This place we found was perfect for us because it had everything that we needed. We wanted something nice and affordable, plus the luxury, and we got it. The condo had the most amazing view from the balcony, and from the living room we were able to see everything. The condo was huge, with two beautiful rooms, and two bathrooms, with two balconies, and the full kitchen. We were so pleased with the place, because if you are looking for a luxury, and a good deal, this is definitely the best deal for the family and it's better than choosing a hotel room in Miami. The condo owner Michel was so nice, he even came to pick us up from the airport. Definitely, we will come back to this place, and we recommend this place because it's perfect place for the most amazing vacation.
