Description of the Miami Beach vacation apartment rental

We have several other units with ocean view for your convenience. All of them nearly renovated. 3 NIGHT MINIMUM RENTALS, NO EXCEPTIONS!

You will also receive a certificate for a free 2 nights stay (shipping and handling apply) in selected cities with any reservation with us, Orlando and Vegas included. more details on our site

These Great units has an average of 250 square feet. FREE WIFI, Beautiful Ocean View, all rooms has 2 new Full beds with upgraded mattress and a fully equipped KITCHENETTE equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, plates and utensils, perfect for making breakfast or re-heating leftovers.

You will be registered as a guest and because the unit is privately owned you will not be part of the hotel for charging, parking, or concierge privileges. There is public parking close by as well as drug stores and food shops, you will provide will the information you need to enjoy your stay at the resort.

Daily maid service also is NOT part of the rental, but you will be provided with bath towels and some cleaning supplies. Maid service is available for a $60 charge and you have to request with 24h notice (we recomend to bring beach towels)

Rates vary with season, and special events, please, e-mail me for accurate rates! You will be very glad with our service. We accept credit cards and payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements are made.

No Security deposit is required, only $200 to make your reservation (no refunds). Also you will be responsible for any damage on the unit during your stay.

Local Taxes must be included (13%) in all rentals. Per Resort regulations, these are a non-smoking units. Check in is at 3pm and Check out at 11:00, contact me for different arrangements if needed.

For internationl travelers, repaid mobile phone, infant playpen and stroller are available upon request for a very small fee, Beach chairs will be left on the unit for your use.

My friends & I rented studio #1012 for 3 nights & had a great experience. The room was super clean, comfy beds, beautifully renovated, and large enough for 4 men. We faced West with a side city view, but didn't matter bc we spent most of our time at the pool, beach or just out & about. The hotel was spectacular & had just undergone a massive renovation. The lobby, bar/lounge, pool/hot tub, restaurants, outdoor areas were all AMAZING! It was great bc we used all the amenities & paid half the price since we rented a condo room instead of a hotel room. I would highly recommend this or any of Fernando's other rooms in the hotel. I would definitely be using his services again on my next visit.

Nice room with a great view. Not part of the Hotel so the staff will not assist you. No parking parking is on the street or in a gargae at about $20 for every 12 hours. Elevators smelt like trash the first day.

The one bedroom apartment was a good value for the price, at a good location, very near to the beach and to activities in Miami Beach, clean and containing all of the necessary items for cooking in the apartment. New owners of the apartment complex are cleaning up the gardens, which are in need of much work, and also repairs to the outside of the apartment units. The owner is very helpful and available when needed. I highly recommend this rental unit.

I stayed here with my friends for a spring vacation. The room was excellent, the pool was great, and the beach was spectacular. The view from the room is gorgeous and the location could not be better. We had the BEST time and we definitely hope to stay here the next time we're in Miami!!
