The posted pictures are very true to what you will see when you arrive at this unit: it is a very quaint one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom. You definitely have a homey feel when staying here as this place is very personalized. This unit is in a residential area and you need a permit to park your car or risk getting towed. I believe the owner would be of assistance with this for a fee or you could pay $30 a day for parking at lots several blocks away. (Please note meters are $1.75/hour). You wouldn't need a car anyway as everything is walking distance: less than a 15 minute walk to Washington, Collins, Ocean Drive. You could also rent a bike at bike pods located everywhere or take the bus. Here are my PROS and CONS: PROS: Location, location, location. You are close enough to entertainment but far enough to from the chaos. All of the beds are comfortable. The owner does provide you with beach towels. Also, the owner was very helpful: he replied to all of my e-mails and was very accomodating even with a two hour flight delay. CONS: I feel the house was in need of some clearning. The floor was a bit dirty; the tub could use some updating (there is rust in the tub and the shower curtain should have been replaced as it was moldy); the kitchen could use a good cleaning too. Most of the cups and plates were in the dishwasher (which we were not informed of and ended up purchasing untensils and paper plates); the dishwasher could of also used a good scrubbing. The apartment only has one air conditioner, which was fine for us since we traveled in March; not sure if it would be enough in the hotter months. All in all, it was a decent place to and I felt the cost of stay was good (definitely within my budget).

I travel to Miami often and have stayed in many places and for the price I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN! It is very quiet, and 5 minute walk to Washington Ave or Collins Ave or Alton Rd and 10 minute walk to Lincoln Blvd! Basically what I'm saying is that it is quite central in South Beach! The apartment itself is clean and spacious for the two of us and very comfortable which is the most important to me! The pictures do not do this place justice! I highly recommend this place!
