the place was a great stay. the room is large and very clean. it is very comfortable and key location. I certainly recommend it. Also edouardo, the assistant is very friendly and accommodating. thank you!

"Awesome location and space"
Thanks for a great 9 days stay on Ocean Beach in SoBe. This was exactly what I and my two sons (8th and 5th grade) wanted for location next to one of the best beaches in the us. Lee delivered exactly what he said in the profile and more. He made sure the arrangements were ready and provided all the things one needs for this great location stay. The condo was very clean and large for the three of use (easly twice/three times the space we would have received in a hotel). The transactions were always professional and very expedient. I and my two boys really enjoyed how everything was with walking distance to this condo (publix grocery, cvs, south point park, the beach (only 100 yards to the sand), the restuarants, plenty of shops, bike rental, pool, boardwalk, parking, and a gym). I was initially worried that it would be too much of a party atmosphere at night, but this place is located just at the start/end (great for an adult only vacation), and it's also in back of the condo tucked in a quiet location. The restaurants out front of the Barbizon had great staffs and good food. We'll definitely be back and have told all my friends and family it's a great spot for a beach vacation.

The total experience with Lee was absolutely Fantastic. From the very beginning, Lee was always available by Phone or email, and responded very fast to all inquiries. Upon our arrival we were greated, given the key and shown the apartment. Seriously, everything you could possibly need or want is in the apartment. Even a thoughtful umbrella for the beach, which was greatly appreciated!! The location is ideal if you came to party and have fun. Great building with lovely security officer downstairs too, he was always very polite! The apartment is clean, taken care of and perfect for 2-3 people. I was there with my best friend and as 2 single girls. We always felt safe in the building, which is an important aspect of a fun vacation. There is Publix not that far from the building, we walked ere but took a cub back, we were able to buy tons of food there and save some money by cooking in the apartment. If you are looking to save some money for good shopping in Miami and want to enjoy all the fun things South Beach has to offer - this is a great choice, the proce was great for the convinience and service that we have received. I think the only problem we did have was trying to figure out the way shower works, but once we did - it was Smooth Sailing. Thank you Lee and Alex!!:)

"Great stay!"

My friend and I stayed here for a week for the Memorial day weekend. The studio was exactly how it looked on the pictures, very clean, and had everything we needed including the beach chairs to sit on the beach. It is in a great area and just steps away from great restaurants, bars, and the beach. I especially liked the fact that the hot water does not run out fast when there are multiple people using it. I absolutely loved my stay here and the owner was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. I will be staying here again for my next trip. Thank you so much!

Clean, safe, comfortable and seconds away from the beach and the glamour of Ocean Drive, Lee's apartment was the perfect homebase during my stay in South Beach! The location is absolutely fantastic, with scores of bars, clubs, and restaurants within walking distance. Everything in the unit was in good operating condition, and the property had security on site 24 hours. During the booking process, Lee was very helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly and in a very timely fashion. All in all, renting from Lee was a great experience and I'd definitely do it again.

My friend and I stayed in the condo for seven nights this March during WMC. The condo is fantastic, clean, stylish (enough) and perfectly located just a quick few blocks near all the hotels, etc. We had one friend crash a few nights on the couch (which flattens to a bed) and there was ample room for all of us. It's quiet, the owner is friendly, accommodating and professional. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely apartment. The extra amenities provided by Lee were great to have. The room was very clean and plenty of towels and wash clothes were provided. The area is so beautiful and right in the heart of South Beach. There are many nice cafes and restaurants right along the Ocean Drive strip. And amazing shopping on Collins. Lee was very accommodating with our late arrival and early checkout. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Thank you for contacting me. I would like to say, I would not rent from anyone else BUT Lee when vacationing in Miami. I have stayed in two of his units, which includes the one you are currently looking at renting out and the unit across from the Versace Mansion. The locations are all perfect. The beach is across the street and the restaurant that is connected to the Barbizon gives you a discount for staying at the property. If the ladies like power walks, then they will love this location. I am actually a runner and I was able to go across the street on the walk and on the beach and do my morning run.

Lee is tremendously easy to work with. He answered all of my questions (and I had a a lot of them) and he never seemed frustrated. He answered them and made me feel good about the purchase I was making. I have recommended him to everyone that tells me they are wanting to vacation in Miami. He is very professional and the method of paying (Paypal) is very secure. You are getting more than what you are paying for.

There is free Internet, a fridge, microwave, and stove, which I used to warm up left overs and chill drinks (which saved me money by the way). They can literally walk to the places they want, there is a convenient Walgreen's around the corner, and fun on Ocean Dr from morning to night. They will love Miami, I know I do each and every time I go there. And Miami, is literally a people watching haven. Make sure they bring their cameras and the batteries are fully charged, because Miami does not disappoint. You are making a great rental purchase. I would recommend Lee a million and one times over.

Great Stay!!
This apartment was very beautiful and definitely the place for the retreat I was looking for. It is quiet because it away from the noisy part of ocean drive. Lee and Alex were great and very helpful with tips on where to go and what to do. They were also very friendly and responsive! I will definitely be back.

The studio was spacious, clean , confortable,just the best we could get in the middle of ocean drive next to the beach, the stores and restaurants. The price was really good for what we got. I surely would advice this location to my friends being sure that they would love it and that there is nothing better for this price.

A fabulous apartment in a great location.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Barbizon. The apartment was spotless, modern and convenient and had everything we needed, and more. The Tapas restaurant downstairs was also great. We would definitely stay there again.

Semaine parfaitement bien passée.
L appartement est très bien. Parfaitement situé sur océan drive.
Aucun problème au niveau des transactions d argent. Personne très disponible pour toutes questions avant et pendant le séjour. Malgré la barrière de la langue aucun soucis pour communiquer ensemble ! Très agréable.
En plein cœur de Miami beach excellent pour sortir le soir sans taxi. Face a la mer.

Je recommande cette annonce.

The rental is just like the pictures, very clean, it's directly across from the beach, and it's around half the price you would pay for a comparable hotel. I was a bit wary at first, but Lee was very prompt and professional from the beginning and I couldn't have found a better place or location. It's walking distance to everything, and the unit faces the away from the street so if you want to get some shut eye after a late night out it's possible. And the best review I can give a place--I'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our time at the Barbizon. Location was great and the service was exceptional. The owner is very responsive and managed to accommodate all our request. I would highly recommend this rental.
