A short walk two streets away is Ocean Drive and the Beach; just around the corner is one of South Beach's nicest streets, Espanola Way, lined with Sidewalk Cafes and Restaurants. And in the other direction another two streets away, is Lincoln Road, a Restaurant and Shop lined Pedestrian Street and the best place in South Beach to wander around when not spending time at the Beach.
The Building itself is very well maintained and secure. There is a private Heated Pool. There is an Elevator; and Coin operated Washer and Dryer are available on each floor.
The Apartment itself is a large Corner Unit with Living Room Windows facing the North and East-A nice view, very bright with blue skies and no neighbors looking in to your windows.
Features and amenities include free WiFi, Cable TV, Cd/iPod.Radio, and all the small things that make a trip from home more comfortable-Iron/Ironing Board, HairDryer...and a Full Kitchen with all the basic Appliances-Refrigerator, Oven/Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Dishes, Cups, Utensils, etc. And Filtered Water.
There is one Queen Bed with a Sealed Mattress, Duvet, New Pillows and Sheets. One Queen Sofa Bed and One Twin Sleeper, which means 3 separate places to sleep.

My husband and i stayed for two weeks, it was amazing !! the appartment was vey clean, all what you need is there, the locattion is PERFECT !! near the beach, ocean drive, lincoln road and washignton avenue !! The building is clean and quiet. Lee Baron (the owner) made our stay very comfortable, he answered to all of our questions,and made our stay perfect !! the deposit was refunded a day after our departure I will definitely rent from Lee again and I would highly recommend this rental Thank you Lee !!!

Really happy with our stay here. We were greeted by a really nice guy called Eduardo as soon as we got out of our taxi from the airport who showed us around our apartment and answered any questions we had. The apartments are clean and well kept and in a perfect location. 5 minutes walk from the beach and surrounded by bars/restaurants and night life. Recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a lively stay in south beach

The Ideal Spot in South Beach. Cozy, clean, well-equipped and perfectly situated
Everything about Lee's place was top notch. 2 blocks from the Lincoln Mall, 2 blocks from the beach. The pool was perfect too. The apartment had everything you could need down to beach chairs and an umbrella. The apartment slept 4 persons comfortably and was a much better option than a hotel. The convenience of the fully equipped kitchen had a stove, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster and toasted oven all added up to extra savings too! Our host was very helpful and attentive. I will definitely stay there again.

315438 - The Hudson-South Beach-Prime Location
The Hudson apartment is a great choice for a South Beach visit. It is close to Lincoln Road, directly behind Espanola Way, and a short walk to Ocean Drive. A Deco bike station is across the street. Walking distance to plenty of great restaurants. Also, close to Flamingo Park. You do not need a car if you are not traveling outside of South Beach (if you do have a car parking is close - 16th @ Collins for $16/day). The apartment is very clean and well kept. The separate bedroom and living room space is useful/practical if you are traveling with people with different sleep schedules. The fold down sofa in living room is comfortable and easily accommodated 6'2" person. Pool area nice. The Wifi is fast and reliable. The bathroom is small but nice. Apartment is in a commercial area so if you are a light sleeper you should factor that in. Lee Baron at DecoBeach Flats, LLC made renting his apartment easy. He is professional, prompt and helpful. He lived up to his commitment concerning the rental 100%. His assistant, Alex, was accommodating when we arrived 6 hours late and after midnight because of flight delays. I would definitely stay in this apartment again. The location and unit are a great value.

"The Hudson is a great property! Clean and modern"
My experience with the Hudson and it's management group was nothing short of stellar. The apartment was all you could ask for and more. Management was very accommodating, happy to help with any questions. Very nice pool! Cool A/C! Full kitchen, and in the heart of South Beach no less, just around the corner from Espanola Way. Snatch this place up if you can!

Heart of Miami- close to shops, clubs , Ocean Drive & the beach, Lincoln Road, Espanola Way. Footsteps to at most a quick walk away. The Hudson itself is stylish & well kept deco building w a small a paradise pool. Enter living at the Hudson in a stylish, Miami apartment overlooking the heart of Miami. Subtle touches & splashes of Miami make staying here magical. Appreciate art & style- you will love it here. Plenty of living room & dining space. Kitchen was great- but no cooking for me. Note- arrival was seamless-Alex & Eduardo were wonderful & not a second was wasted turning over the keys. They were both more than available, enjoyable & helpful

My friends and I stayed here for my cousin's birthday and we had a fabulous time. This is a great condo in a great location. It was very upscale, modern and clean. It had all the amenities of a hotel plus more! It has a full size kitchen and even a dishwasher. It's within walking distance to nightclubs and popular restaurants. I don't understand why anyone would want to stay in a hotel when you can stay here. We look forward to our next vacation to Miami in February for my girlfriend's birthday!!!

Great Apartment, I highly recommend it.
I spent two weeks in april with my best friend in this apartment. It was really great.
The owner is very friendly, responds immediately to all request and administration is kept on a very convenient level and all went really smoothly; we could even stay a few hours longer.
The apartment is very well furnished and the bed and sofa very comfortable, all we needed was in there.
The location is great because Lincoln Road, Collins ave, Ocean Drive, the beach, great restaurants, shops and clubs are within walking distance. Nevertheless, the area is quiet and safe. I highly recommend it!

We spent three weeks at this apartment and truly felt like we were at home! It is cozy, clean, well designed and fitted. The pictures are true to life,and the apartment is quiet even for being so close to Washington Avenue.
The yard/pool area is a lovely place to read a book, have a cocktail or make a phone call. The shade is lovely and for some reason, its never crowded. The apartment is very well situated. No need for a car, which was big for us. Walk everywhere, or take the 25 cents local South Beach bus around the loop! Deco Beach Supermarket is two blocks away and very good, there is also a Publix and Whole Foods a bit further away if you prefer.
The beach is wide and beautiful and less than 6 minutes walk. The place has 2 beach chairs; I bought a good umbrella at Walgreens for $12 and we were set. If I were to change anything at all they are small things: an umbrella, more towels..though there is a washer/dryer right down the hall. There are car rentals nearby if you want to take day trips as well.
We loved Charlotte's Bakery, Havana 57 for Cafe Con Leche, the sports bar on Dexter and Espanola Way, many spots on Lincoln Road, The New World Symphony at the Gehry space on Lincoln Road, the diversity of SouthBeach and this condo.

We had a really nice stay at the Hudson. The place is very cozy and comfortable. We have two small children and everyone was happy here. Plenty of space, nice decor and a very convenient location. Lincoln Rd., Flamingo Park, grocery stores, everything is walkable. Sofa bed is best used by kids. Lee and alex were helpful and always available! We will definitely come back to the Hudson.Don't miss Charlotte Bakery across the street on Washington!

1. The process of booking was fast, easy, very detailed. The owner responded very quickly and was very detailed and patient with me asking a lot of questions.
2. The location is amazing, close to Lincoln, the beach, Collins shopping, etc.
3. the apartment is very clean, well stocked with all that you need.
4. The Building has the pool and the laundry is on the floor 2 doors down.
5. The owner is amazing in assisting the customers. While he was not there to give us the keys, his assistant alex was there. Our plane was delayed and we did not show at the apartment until after 1 a.m. (yes, early), but alex was there, he explained us everything. I really appreciated it a lot as we saw people sitting in the lobby waiting for the keys.
6. The WI FI is fast. I could to get on at first, but again, Lee Baron was just one text and phone call away to resolve it within seconds.
7. The price is very attractive for the value, service and the location that you are getting.
8. The apartment had a very good flow of energy. While the street ion the living room was a bit noise, it was very cosy and peaceful inside.

By Shannon-We stayed at the Hudson for two weeks and had a great time. It is clean convenient to everything and a nice home away from home. The place was as advertised and all the amenities one would need, including a convenient laundry on the floor.

My partner and I stayed here for 8 nights at the end of November. The one bedroom apartment style unit was clean, in good repair, and had a load of "unexpected" amenities. The unit itself is on the second floor; the living room faces the street and pool, and the kitchen and bedrooms faced the pool. The living room was comfortable and larger than the photos suggest - complete with plenty of overhead and accent lighting. The decor was contemporary and cohesive. The kitchen had a full complement of appliances: full fridge, full stove w/ oven, small dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and iron. All utensils were included, for cooking, serving, and eating. Plates, glassware, and pots/pans were also included. Note : before buying supplies, check all of the cupboards (up & down) for the items stocked (I.e. S&P;, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, etc.) Everything was exceptionally clean. The bedroom had a nice, clean, queen sized bed, dresser unit, TV, alarm clock, 2 nightstands, 2 bedside lamps, 2 windows facing the pool, and an aC unit. Again, everything was clean and ready to use. The bathroom was what I would call a typically sized apartment bathroom. The large walk in shower always had hot water. Loads of towels included. Beach towels also included. The bathroom was also clean. Overall, the unit was clean, quiet, and well situated. The proximity to the "central" part of Washington ave meant that 24 hour amenities were only a few steps away (and a lot of 10am - 5am amenities too - which seemed 24 hours). This also means that a *little* bit of street noise could be heard, although this was usually between noon & midnight. The beach was a 7 min walk away. Lee & Alex, who were responsible for the unit, were always attentive and accessible. My deposit was refunded within hours of departure. Perfect!

Beautiful. Clean. Great location.
This condo was very spacious clean and comfortable. Our week long stay with a two year old was much more pleasant having a full kitchen to cook in, on-demand kids programming on the HD TV, and a laundry room a few doors down the hall. The building is well kept. The pool is great. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The property manager met us upon our arrival, check out was very easy and our security deposit was returned the day after we left.
