This is a spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated Studio - size 760sq ft. A full size kitchen, Laminated wood-floors, awesome Sunset and Miami Skyline views. No Balcony. One queen bed, a twin pull out and a sofa. dinning and living areas, comforable bathroom with division. You will enjoy of the very best location in South Beach- 2301 Collins Ave (building Roney Palace) next to W Hotel, this building shares location with The Perry Hotel (former Gansevoort Hotel). You will have access to their pool, service, jacuzzi as well as the Roney's pool. You will be right on the beach, walking distance to Lincoln Rd, surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, Publix- grocery store, walgreens (across the street) and at the back of the building on the beach a great boardwalk that goes north to 47th st and South to 1st street- to the south Park...Beautiful siteviewing behind the South Beach Hotels. Best clubs such as Louis, STK Lounge and many more...also fun shopping just few blocks away. A 12million dollar facility high end gym David Barton is located right at the same building ( rental doesn't include gym access. Daily fee $28)
