Not a good hotel

August 10, 2011

I recently, August 2011, stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed. It is run down and in need of investment. The floors have been carpeted over a very uneven surface, a bit like a fun house, I had to wait until 7 PM to get fresh towels and it took 4 calls to the front desk, no ice (they had to go next door to get ice), lots of noise in the hallways and rooms at all hours of the night - Such a bad experience, I left one night early and found a beautiful Hilton in Miami to finish out my stay. Never aggain
