Fantastic Vacation Spot

We could not have been more pleased with our accomodations. The condo was large and had fantastic views of both the beach and city line. We had 4 adults, a 3 year old and a baby. There were perfect sleeping arrangements. One bedroom had a queen bed and the other had a king, a crib, and another twin bed. There were separate A/C controls in each bedroom as well as separate bathrooms. The bedrooms were locatated on opposite sides of the large living room. There were many extras including childrens toys,a boogie board, videos, internet and any type of cookware utensil you could need. The staff of the Alexander were as friendly and nice as any place I have ever stayed (and we have traveled extesively).There were no problems whatsoever. The beach was perfect for the whole family. Not crowded and right on the property. The pools were also as nice as I have seen, with a waterfall at the end of one of them. The bar/grill at the pool was very convenient. There was a washer and dryer within steps of the door to the condo. Very convenient. The elevators were quick and closeby. All of us were thrilled with the condo. We can't wait to return.

Comfortable, Well Kept Apartment

We spent a week in this wonderful, bright apartment. It is very well kept with every amenity necessary for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The view from the terrace is spectacular. The pool is heated, the gym well equiped and the beach phenomenal. We had 2 sets of keys and the mini-mart was open every day and all day. We valeted parked for a week at a charge of $15. The location can not be beat. And, the owners are a delight to deal with. We would definitely rent this apartment again and recommend it to our friends.

Just Perfect

My husband, daughter and I spent the whole month of July in this lovely Condo. it is right on the beach and overlooks the entertaining Collins Av. Everything is nearby, Publix just 10 blocks away. The bedrooms are wonderful and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the giant tv screen in the living room. The condo is beautifully decorated and we all felt at home. The owner are lovely to deal with. We will definitely be back again.

The building is older and a little shabby. The condo is ok. The lighting is dark. The beds comfortable. The mini mart in the building was never open. It was suppose to be open but no one ever showed up to open it. That made it very inconvenient to find coffee in am and snacks during the day. The DVD player did not have sound. Also, the owner only sent one key to the common areas. You need a key for everyone because you need to use a key to go anywhere in the building.

A Perfect Condo Vacation in Miami Beach

My daughters and I loved the condo. All the conveniences of home in a perfect vacation setting. The beach and pool so easily accessible and a balcony overlooking the bay to Miami was an ideal spot for our evening cocktail. Not far from South Beach or Miami and an hour or so to the Everglades. We even took a trip to the Keys. The condo was very nicely decorated and very comfortable for our stay with 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen had all modern conveniences. We loved walking along the beach for miles and there is a lovely boardwalk not far from the building that goes all the way to South Beach. Would stay there again for another trip to Miami Beach.
