Description of the Miami Beach vacation condo rental

Elegant beachfront studio with 2 luxurious and comfy Queen size beds. Sleeps 4. Kitchenette with microwave, fridge/freezer, water purifier, blender, toaster, coffee maker. Wide screen LCD-TV with DVD, Stereo, alarm clock with radio.Phone with unlimited LOCAL calls only.

Our guests have been delighted. We have received many thankful emails and great reviews!There is free wireless internet in the lobby so long as you have your own laptop. We provide plenty of clean towels and heavily stock the studio just about all the necessities you will need. We provide beach chairs, beach blankets, beach towels, and an umbrella.
If you prefer you can rent the same on the beach for a
total of about $30/day. Our guests have loved "Susy's beach getaway" and we have received many great thank you emails and nice reviews such as the one below at tripadvisor.As you are renting from a private owner, you are saving at least 40-60% of the cost of renting a
conventional hotel room. As our guest, you are
entitled to ALL the common amenities offered by the
hotel such as the pool (with towels), gym, spa and
concierge.

Since you are NOT renting from the hotel it is not
possible to order room service, or charge anything "to
your room". There is NO daily maid service. You may
eat at the restaurants as long as you pay after dining
as you would at any restaurant. There is high-rate
Valet parking at the hotel, but it is only available
to guests that are paying guest of the HOTEL and NOT
the private owners.

Susy's beach getaway is located at the Oceanfront Shelborne beach resort in South beach, Miami Beach Florida.
The Beach is DIRECTLY behind the resort.

The resort is located in the a prime area of South Beach steps away from Clubs, dining, shopping, Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, Washington Ave, Espanola Way and everything else.

The resort has a beautiful pool, gym, 2 restaurants and a well known Karaoke bar beneath it. It is truly a paradise.

• Required Stay: 3 nights
   
• Deposits: There is a $100 deposit to secure the Studio for stays of a week or less, as well as a $100 refundable security deposit. Longer stays require 20% deposits in general. If everyone in your party does not smoke in the studio and leaves the room in a reasonably clean and undamaged manner, the security deposit will be promptly refunded within 48 hours after check-out. Check out should be no later then 1:00 PM on your check out date.

Suzy's Beach Get Away is the best place we have stayed out of the 4 years we have been coming to South Beach. The room and hotel are both very accomadating. This condo is also great because it has a pool and backs up right to the beach!

we cant say enough about our stay at Susy's. the owners treated us like guests and friends and not renters-it was easy to see that the care they put into their place revolved around comfort-we left there well rested and rejuvinated. you dont need a car since the location is perfect! right on the beach-so you can take the boardwalk down to ocean ave-or down collins to lincoln road. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Susy's. don't hesitate! we are coming back. Thanks so much for the great stay!
