Great view and well equipped appartment with immediate access to pool and beach. Outstanding host response to the raised requests. Unfortunate issues with the building maintenance causing AC and water supply problems. Also missed internet access.

will not recommend- would strongly advice anyone against staying here. will never use again- this was our second time in miami, first accomodation we had no probs with. we decided to try a different company this time but really regret making that decision. ceiling in bathroom fell on first night and nearly hurt me quite badly. dirty rooms dangerous rooms- the light in bathroom was falling off- no one fixed we woke up with itchy bites all over our bodies, 2 pharmacists concluded it was bed bugs blocked drains in the bath- we had to shower in a pool of dirt for two weeks which is unacceptable worst customer service ever...dishonest staff, unprofessional, rude and extremely unhelpful (ignored our calls, argued with us, never returned messages), no manager around to speak too. obviously a small privately owned company that dont really know what they are doing and dont value their customers. no decent compension for all we had to endure. this made us very unhappy during our t

First of all i had a bad reception at Shelborne.The first three days we stay in a room that was not what we expected as it was dirty,incomplete and really disgusting. When we were moved to a "better" room this one was as disgusting as the first one. The carpets were dirty,the bed clothes old. There were a lot of thinks missing to consider that a "complete apartment". My feeling was that i was being stolen, the pictures do not show the reality. There is no table on the balcony and the 2 chairs are rusted. The sofa has all the stuffing missing from one of the arms. The air conditioner made so much noise you couldn't leave it on at night. I woke up the second morning to see a roach crawling on the wall above my head. There was a dried bugger on the wall next to the light switch and a dried dead bug on the bathroom wall. I had to clean the bathroom myself before I would use it. The carpeting was extremely dirty. There is no "kitchenette" unless a microwave and mini frig constitutes a kitchenette. There was a dried white stain on the tv stand. NOTHING has been renovated, certainly not the bathroom. The bathroom still had the old tile, tub, toilet, sink (which was nasty and cracked) and fixtures.

This room needs major renovation. There are cracks in the tiles and bathroom. The air conditioning did not work and the sofa bed was completely hard and it is not possible for anyone to sleep on it. I think you need to be careful with how you advertise this room.
