Suite Description:

Welcome to the Deauville Beach Resort. Wake up to a spectacular oceanview and a warm sunrise setting. This amazing suite is located in the Heart of Miami Beach on Millionaire 's Row, conveniently between Bal Harbour/Sunny Isles and South Beach. Only minutes from Mt. Sinai Medical Hospital and approximately 20 minutes from Miami International Airport and 30 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Airport. We are directly on the Atlantic Ocean, where you will enjoy 700 feet of private, white, sandy beach.

This beautiful suite is fully furnished with two full size beds, full size futon, television with tv stand, lovely marble dinette set, refrigerator, microwave, full bathroom, coffee maker, large windows with oceanview, ample closet space, in room safe, A.M./F.M. alarm clock, telephone, iron/ironing board, linens, and towels. Guest Laundry Room is available in Lower Lobby floor for your convenience.

Reservation/Security Deposit Information:
There is a required Reservation/Security Deposit Fee in the amount of 300.00. This fee is due upon reserving suite. It will hold dates before your stay and serve as your security deposit during your stay. This deposit is in addition to the full payment for your stay. It will be returned to you via paypal or US mail 48 hrs. after checkout, minus any damages.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservations four weeks prior to your contract date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $150.00. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to your contract date, then you will forfeit the reservation fee of $300.00.


Valet Parking:
You will not find a need to rent a car, but if you would like to do so you may. The Resort provides valet parking to its guests for 20.00/day as long as spaces are available. You may tip if you like. We are not responsible for Valet Parking.

DECAL PARKING: You will have to park your own car and there is a one time fee of 20.00 for the decal.

Smoking
There is absolutely no smoking permitted in the room.

Housekeeping Services:
Housekeeping Services may be requested. If you would like this service please contact Mrs. Toledo-Hoff. Housekeeping Service fees are as follows:
once a week - $40.00,
twice a week $75.00,
three times a week $110.00
This service includes change of linens, replacement of towels and cleaning of suite. Prices are subject to change upon housekeepers discretion and the condition of the room.

The Patio Bar offers snacks, tropical drinks, and lunch by the pool and on the Beach.
