**Kitchen-Fully renovated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances.

**Second bedroom-Large window with ocean views, and a queen size bed, TV, and Dvd/vhs. A beautiful private bathroom with tile all around.

**Living room-Large window with access to the large terrace that has amazing ocean view, and bay views. Beautifully furnished with relaxing ocean tones. Large 36" TV, Dvd/vhs, CD player, Play Station 2 with lots of DVD's and PS2 Games. Internet access available at not cost.

**Dining room-Beautiful Artesia Counter Height Dining Set that seats 6.

Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: 3 night
Lodging Tax: Included
Deposits: Rates in US funds. We require 50% of the total amount due upfront to secure the rental along with $300 refundable security deposit. Deposit is returned 10 days after departure, providing no damage has occurred or excessive cleaning is required. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival date via mail. Additionally, an $85 cleaning fee will be charged to you.
Other Fees: Complimentary telephone service available to make local or long distance calls, as well as International calls to over 61 Countries. Cancelation Policy: If cancellation occurs with less than a 30-day advance notice, the guest will lose 50% of the total amount. No refunds 15 days or less prior to rental. Checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal are acceptable.

We had really great and relaxing vacations in this apartment: marvelous bedrooms, balcony with ocean view and the big kitchen. Although it is situated a bit far from restaurants and shops and in case of travelling without a car you should think in advance about food you need to buy and take a bus or taxi to get to clubs or to walking area, in the apartment there is everything you might need if you wish to spend your vacations on a beach or at a swimming-pool.

The condo was outstanding. Great floor plan and amenities. The video games and dvd's were also a big plus if you're bringing children. The staff at The Alexander was also very helpful and courtesy. The owner of the condo was great to work with and was very informative about the condo and the Miami Beach area. I couldn't give this condo a higher recommendation. We all had a wonderful experience.

Rented this place for 12 days, it is at the great hotel The Alexander. The apartment was spacious and the bedrooms and baths were great. The fold out coach was not very comfortable, and is not recommended. The view from the balcony was great. Service at the Alexander was great, but do not use dry cleaning at the hotel as it is very overpriced. I would recommend this place to my friends.

The condo was very nice! The pictures really were what the condo looked like. The kitchen was beautiful, waking up in the morning listening to the waves was just perfect. There were beach chairs for us to take to the beach! It was a wonderful vacation for us!

This location and hotel are just perfect. We rented this condo for a business trip that we brought our young son along for. The condo was just the right size, in the perfect location and was very comfortable. The only downside was that the mattress on the pull out couch is very poor and I would say unusable. Fortunately there is also a cot that could be made up into a decent bed. This is a great place for a family to stay!

This condo was fantastic! The rooms were perfect size for a great vacation! The kitchen was great for cooking evening meals and making those senorita margaritas at night! This is a beautiful condo in a great hotel! The location is perfect, the views were amazing, and the beach and pools were so close by. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot! My family was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time.
