Sunny South side 2 bedroom, 2 marble bathroom condo on the on the Beach. Relax on the balcony that has 2 recliners, and an armchair with spectacular views of the Ocean and Beach to the East and the Intracoastal and Bay to the West. Few minutes by car to South Beach and the exclusive stores in Bal Harbour Mall.
Living/Dining room has round glass table seating for 4 and two three seater sofas, one opens into a queen size bed with cable TV DVD/VHS player in entertainment center with CD/Tape/Radio. Newly redecorated kitchen, stainless appliances and granite counter tops, coffeemaker, microwave, dishwasher and stove with seating for two. Hardwood floors. Master Bedroom has King size bed, Cable TV, carpeted floor and bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub. Second bedroom has two twin beds, cable TV/VHS player and marble bathroom.

The apartment was as promised newly remodeled and very clean. The view was great and the bed was very comfortable. We slept very well. The recommendation I have is not to eat at the pool bar. Otherwise a good experience.
