There are always mixed reviews about places, because we are all very different people. But hey, this place has its charms. For what we paid it was great. When you have a problem during vacation you need to separate out the issue from the vacation home and the vacation itself. Loud partying Spring breakers and lousy weather should be kept segregated from how you perceive your accommodations. Comfy bed, nice neighbors, great all around!

Stayed 9 days. This place was perfect, just as advertised! Very comfy bed; Nice to sit on balcony nestled in with the palm fronds and a glass of wine! No one else at the pool. No car needed. Walked everywhere--Saw everything--Enjoyed our trip very much!

the apt was nice but I was dissappointed there was no wifi, no tv in bedroom and no free parking as advertised. Also trying to get my deposit back took close to 2 mos to get back and I had to personally send a relative to go and collect. so BEWARE.

I enjoyed staying here very much. It is a large one bedroom in a brand new building right on ocean drive and fifth. You can't beat the location. I was there during the Art Deco weekend and it was almost happening right outside my window. I watched the cars arrive for the Antique Car show from the balcony. It is an excellent property that I would rent again
