Spectacular ocean view from a NON SMOKING apartment. Open balcony in the Millionaire's Row. Collins Ave. and 54th Street. Just 5 min. from South Beach, Miami Beach Convention Center, famous Lincoln Road Boulevard, Bal Harbor Shops, and 20 min from Miami Airport.
The apartment with Wi-Fi Internet Service and Long Distance included to US, Canada and P.Rico, is located in the 11th floor of this beautiful building, that has been remodeled and offers 24 hr security, valet parking, a fully equipped gym, a heated Olympic size pool and direct access to the beach. At lower lobby there are stores, cafeteria, mini-market, a travel office and a rental car agency and a relaxing Russian and Turkish Bath and Sauna. There is a Restaurant and a Bar in the main lobby as well as a tiki bar next to the pool.

Condo very clean, modern, heated pool, valet parking, beach and shop downstair. Owners very nice ! We had a good time; You only need a car or if not there's the bus stop downstair. I recommend it.

I and my family have a great vacation in this place! This is my first experience in booking private apartment using website. But everything turned out fine! Mery is very nice,kind and responsive. The room is very clean and is firnished with morden and new furniture. It has all kitchen utensils, beach umbrella and chairs. The bathroom is very clean too. Mery many thanks from me, my son and my husband!

We had a great time at the condo. The owner was great to deal with. Very easy process. Right on the beach, great price, easy to get to downtown Miami, Lincoln Road, and South Beach. Unfortunately it rained the whole time, but we still had a great time.

Apartment is modern and clean. Common areas are not. We were aware the balcony may not be accessable for our stay, but were told the pool area would be complete...it was not. Week days noisy in apt. with work being done right outside the balcony...should be fine once they are complete or if you are only staying the weekend. I would return when the renovations are complete.

1. Excellent price for on the water property. 2. $16.00 Valet Parking 3. Other than the carpet having stains and the dryer in unit not working at it's full potential, it was clean, with ocean views, patio chairs, plasma tv, internet connection, cleaning service, gym, pool and jacuzzi! Would stay again and will refer to friends and families.

This is a perfectly placed apartment overlooking the beach and sea. It was perfect inside however, there is significant building work going on at the block to renew it's forty year licence. As a result the pool area is not very pretty at the moment and there was some noise during the day. Those are the only negatives. The great thing is that you don't need a car but just jump on the bus outside travel a few miles north up Collins Avenue for inexpensive cafes, pubs or restaurants and south to the plush south beach shopping and eateries. Mery was very business-like and helpful and this represented good value for money

We had a wonderful time! We would fall asleep at night listening to the ocean and wake up to a beautiful sunrise. Mery was extremely nice, the condo was just as it was pictured and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our 11 night stay at this condo. No complaints, as Mery made sure that everything was in order when we arrived. We felt right at home on our first day. The location in central Miami Beach made getting around very easy. Good golfing and South Beach are close by. The beach access, pool area and the ocean views are the highlights of this condo. We would definately return.

As we were arriving late at night & would not have a chance to shop, the delightful owner(Mery) made sure we were supplied with coffee, milk, fruit, etc.! We spent 10 wonderful days overlooking the ocean from our 11th floor balcony. The bedroom wall onto the balcony consisted of 3 large sliding patio doors that could all be stacked up in either direction giving a huge opening for receiving the lovely gulf stream breezes! The building is in the process of redoing the stores on the ground floor, but the lobbby & pool areas are quite nice. Some of the upper floor hallways had spots on the carpeting, but the condo was spotless and very tastefully decorated. We had trouble with our cell phone reception (really only worked in the kitchen near the entry door). Mery says that they will be getting internet access in the whole building in the next couple of months. All in all, a great stay - and cheaper than a hotel room - which would have been half the size! Thank you Mery!!
