Description of the Miami Beach vacation condo rental

2 beautifully completely renovated bathrooms!!! A luxury ocean front condominium in the heart of Miami Beach on "Millionaire's Row" located at the famous Alexander Hotel. Inspired by tropical cool tones of pure natural beauty of sand, sea & sky. 2 newly remodeled bathrooms!!! Approximately 980 square feet with Mexican title through out the apartment projects nothing but serenity & calmness. The large living room has a queen size sofa bed, and love seat with large Entertainment Center equipped with a 32" screen Cable TV , DVD player and Stereo system. There is a beautiful large dining room table that seats six. The tiled kitchen is fully equipped, and has service for eight. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large armoire,and two night stands, with a separate vanity area, plus you have DSL fast access computer connection. There is plenty of closet space throughout the apartment. The second bedroom has queen size bed, Cable TV, and night stand. The second bathroom is ceramic tile and has a shower. The view is of the Intercostals to your left, and the ocean to your right. It is a northern exposure and always nice and sunny. All rooms, including the Family room have balconies with with seating and a small side table with the same ocean and bay view. Beautifully newly landscaped pool area with new lounge chairs throughout, wonderful playground for children, and renovated balconies!

Miami International Airport just 20 minutes away. You'll have the world famous South Beach and the historic Art Deco District minutes away. Close to Port of Miami & Downtown, Bayside Marketplace, Bal Harbour Shoppe 's, and Coconut Grove. Experience gourmet dining on the premises at 'Shula's Famous Steakhouse'. Fun for children as well as adults Parrott Jungle, Seaquarium and Miami Children 's Museum.

I recently took a weekend getaway with my husband and some friends. we were looking for something on the beach where we could vegge out during the day, and party by night. The condo was perfectly located for both. A beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies from both bedrooms and the living room, clean,convenient,beutifully decorated, and very spacious. The pool area is great,the bar&grill has the best pina coladas and cheese steak sandwiches ever,with a walkway out to the beach. We felt so at home with all of the luxuries of not being home.Definitely exceeded my expectations. Next time I'm taking my kids !!!

The Alexander Hotel was beautiful! Loved - the beach, the pool, the gym, the lobby, the staff & valets. Liked - the room (see lower for details), the gym (no elipticals). Didn't like - high cost of drinks/food, had to rent beach chairs & umbrella (although room had 2 beach lawn chairs and a small beach umbrella for use), view from balcony. The room was spacious and the bathrooms and kitchen were recently updated and were quite nice. On the surface eveything was nice but if you looked closer there was more that was due for updating (balcony doors & others). Our balcony faced north and overlooked a service alley and faced another building, so not the best view but there was a pleasant breeze off the ocean and you could see the ocean from the balcony. Overall, the experience at the Alexander Hotel was great and I would visit again and definately recommend to anyone looking to spend some time in the Miami/Miami Beach area! Keep in mind that a car is needed to get around this

If you are looking for a wild time, this is definitely not the place for you. But if you enjoy easy access to the beach, a great gym and two pools that are not overcrowded, you''ll enjoy this location. This particular unit was appropriately priced. it is clean and comfortable, and has thoughtful touches, like beach chairs and sand toys for kids. The concierge was very helpful. His restaurant recommendation was exactly what we were looking for. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

We had a great stay at this condo. Great location if you have a rental car or if you just want to relax at the pool or on the beach. The condo was as described online. Two adult couples stayed here and we were quite comfortable, however, the second bedroom with the twin beds didn't have much privacy. The curtains on the doors were sheer. The only other negative was there weren't many towels and no ironing board. Otherwise we were quite happy. Would definitely rent again!

The unit was roomy and well furnished. The location was great. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The patio doors need to be replaced. The salt air makes them almost impossible to open & close. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone traveliing to Miami Beach.

Great new look to the Alexander the lagoon pools are very inviting. The condo has new renovated & remodeled bathrooms that we loved! Crisp & clean colors and decor plus very roomy. We just got back home but already have plans on returning for another stay! 6 guests in the condo suite with plenty of room. You can't beat the rental price and the owners were very accomodating.
