Description of the Miami Beach vacation condo rental

Beautifully renovated and furnished direct oceanfront apartment on the 6th floor of the Pavilion, located on Miami Beach's Millionaire's Row. Luxuriously and artfully decorated. New leather sofas in Living Room area with 27" TV and DVD player. Breath-taking oceanfront balcony with bistro set for outdoor dining. New kitchen features dishwasher, ice-making refrigerator, new range/oven, microwave and a large countertop with 4 bar stools. Cook while watching the ocean! All kitchenware provided. New dining room set sits 6. Master Bedroom with new King-size bed faces the ocean, full dresser, night tables with lamps and TV. All pillows, towels, linens and hair dryer provided. Two full bathrooms fully renovated. 2nd bedroom features full-size bunk beds that sleep two on bottom and one on top with full dresser. Building features a beautiful and welcoming lobby, private security onsite, free valet parking, new fitness center, six washer/dryers on each floor, convenience store in Mezzanine, Olympic-size heated pool, easy access to the beach and private oceanfront BBQ grills with Tiki Huts. Apartment is wired for High-Speed Internet Service which is available for a monthly fee when ordering from local cable T.V. company. Unit has beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for use by tenants.

ONE MONTH MINIMUM RENTALS ONLY. NO WEEKLY RENTALS. $1000 security deposit. Electricity, water and local phone use is included. No taxes or extra fees other than a $75 cleaning charge to be deducted from deposit.

Centrally and conveniently located on 56th street and Collins Avenue, the building is only a ten-minute drive to the exciting nightlife and restaurants of South Beach, Lincoln Road and Española Way and within walking distance of the newly renovated and world famous, Fontainebleau and Eden Roc Resort Hotels. Excellent dining is only a 10-minute walk to Shula's Steak House at the Alexander Hotel. Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: One Month--30 days minimum
Lodging Tax: None
Deposits: Lease Agreement will be sent by email. Once executed, mail back along with a $1000 security deposit and a cashier's check, money order or from anywhere worldwide through Western Union money wire transfer.
Other Fees: $75 for the cleaning of the apartment at the conclusion of the leasing period to be deducted from deposit. No taxes or hidden condo fees. If tenant wishes High Speed DSL Internet Service, an appointment will be made for installation with the local T.V. cable company. Installation and monthly Internet service fee is payable directly to the installer. Fee ranges from $50 to $65 for monthly service depending on speed requirements.

Beautiful, fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo directly on the beach in a safe,quiet area (5600 block N. Miami ) Clean, spacious and a great owner to rent from. Proprietor takes great care of his property and is very responsive to tenants needs. Easy to work with and 100% reliable.

Walk into this condo and your breath is taken away by the view. The open concept means that the first thing you see is the ocean. My husband, myself and our 3 kids stayed in April. The condo was clean and pretty. The builing was well maintained. The owner was easy to deal with, knowledgeable and accessable. We really enjoyed our stay.
