Description of the Miami Beach vacation condo rental
(Minimum two weeks or monthly rentals only). Beautifully renovated and stylishly furnished direct oceanfront apartment on the 6th floor of the Pavilion, located on Miami Beach's Millionaire's Row. A luxurious, artfully decorated and fully air conditioned apartment, available for bi-weekly, monthly or seasonal rentals (sorry, no nightly or one-week rentals). Apartment features floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean, leather sofas in Living Room, a 32" Flat Screen High Definition TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player and WiFi High-Speed Internet Service which is available at no cost to tenants. Breath-taking oceanfront balcony features seating accentuated by a bar-height bistro set, ideal for cocktails at sunset and outdoor dining. Kitchen features dishwasher, ice-making refrigerator, new range/oven, microwave, a large counter top with 4 bar stools and decorative mood lighting. Cook while watching the ocean! All kitchenware provided. Dining room set sits 6. Master Bedroom has King-size bed facing the ocean and comprises full dresser, night tables with lamps and Flat screen TV with remote. All pillows, towels, linens and hair dryer provided! Two full bathrooms fully renovated. Second bedroom features a set of bunk beds ( twin over queen ) that sleep two on bottom and one on top with full dresser. Building features a beautiful and welcoming lobby, private 24 hr. security onsite, free valet parking, a new fitness center, six washer/dryers on each floor, a newly renovated Olympic-size heated pool and easy access to the beach. Unit has beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for use by tenants. Electricity, water, Internet, local phone use and all taxes are included.

Fantastic Condo on the Beach

We stayed a family of 3 at this beautiful condo on the beach. The views are spectacular and it's a few min walk from the front door to the beach. You can't get any closer than this! The condo is spacious and contains everything you need for your stay from beach towels and chairs to all linens and kitchen items. It's centrally located and we love it so much we're coming back next year!

I lived in the condo for almost 3 month. It is just great. Most of all, I enjoy the balcony and the view. It is just great to start the day with a coffee watching the dawn. My husband and I spent one month at this condo. The photos do not do the place justice. The view is absolutely terrific. We watched the cruise ships almost every day heading out for their destinations. Every morning we had our morning coffee on the balcony. If you are up early enough, you can watch the sunrise - just beautiful. The beds were quite comfortable and there was plenty of storage. There are also beach chairs (which you need if you do not get to the beach early enough to grab a lounge chair) which are very comfortable and beach towels (which are the softest towels I have ever encountered). There is a private parking spot that goes with the condo. This does not sound like much until you are there. Having this parking spot saved us so much time in that we did not have to deal with valet parking every day. Lillian (the owner) is tremendous. She was so friendly and helpful with everything and could not do enough for us. She answered all our questions immediately. She also gave us a list of instructions which, once you read them, will simplify your first few hours/days at the condo. The condo is located in a very safe area. Shopping is not too far away (but you will need a car). Lillian - thank you for everything. We miss you (and your condo) already! Your friends from Saskatchewan, Canada.

We're an italian family of 4 people, very familiar with Miami Beach. We met William, the owner, on this site. He's a very fair gentleman, everything has been perfect with him. His property has a great location, close to the ocean, averything works inside: is an apartment very suitable for those who want to comfortably enjoy the ocean and the beach. To tell the truth, the Pavilion is not one of the most recent built in the area, but has everything needing on vacation. The beach in front of it is great! We reccomend this property and his owner!

We rented unit 611 at the Pavilion from Mr. Urbizu and our entire experience was perfect in every aspect. Mr. Urbizu was organized and efficient while being pleasant and very accommodating in answering our questions. Stepping into his condo is like having a spacious luxury suite on the finest cruise ship imaginable. The decor is comfortable and tasteful, and the spectular onceanfront view is beautiful beyond words. I now know why poets have so struggled to describe the ocean! The ocean here is Caribbean blue, full of sailboats, cruise ships, swimmers, and kiteborders, seabirds, sunlight and moonlight. It feels as if there is no reason to go any further than the spacious balcony to find paradise. We were certainly happy with the Pavilion's location on Collins Avenue and the ammenities of the resort atmosphere which was never crowded, very safe and secure, with the ever changing ocean always within view.
