The Akoya's balconies have one of the most beautiful views in Miami Beach. My family and I enjoyed ourselves at this lovely apartment.. Also, the agent, Mr. Raul was very helpful.

The view was great! Our balcony was facing the streets and other condos, but it was still an awesome view! Everything was what it was like in the pictures and the people are very nice! Make sure you know a little spanish because everyone there seemed to speak a lot of it! Also, if you didn't bring transportation with you I suggest using the bus. It's only 2 dollars! There was a publix that was a mile a way and it wasn't a bad walk. The condo is right on the beach! So we got to enjoy it everyday! Overall it was an awesome condo! The only downside would probably be the toilets, they did not flush very well.
