This oceanfront NO SMOKING studio with a panoramic window overlooking the ocean from the 10th Floor is
magnificent. See the beautufil ocean color from any place inside the Studio.

The studio is located in the Castle Beach Club at 5445 Collins Ave Miami Beach. Map it!!!!

The building has: a huge heated pool, another one for childrens, Valet parking (one car included), 24 hour TV
Monitored Security System, and beautiful lobby.

To enjoy your vacation the studio includes: King bed, TV, alarm clock, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, central air conditioner, beach chairs and umbrella.
Necessary Linen and towel are included too.

A wash and dryer unit is located in each floor for your convenience.

The studio is 15 minutes from Miami International airport and 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale
airport.

The studio is located along the most beautiful stretch of land on Miami Beach known as Millionaire's
Row close to South Beach, Lincoln Road area, Miami Beach Art Deco District, Miami Beach Convention Center, Bal

Just perfect

This studio is in an amazing location. The view is breathtaking. Everything you need is here and we were very surprised how clean the studio is. The only downside the long wait for the outdated elevator and the long line for valey parking. We will be back, but then without renting a car, you realy don't need it. Thanks Manuel!

Amazing condo. Amazing view!

My husband and I went on a weekend get away to Miami Beach. For 1/3 the price of a hotel we had 3 times as many amenities. This studio apartment is immaculate. The sheets and towels supplied were in perfect condition. The small kitchenette was perfect for our needs. We were able to have breakfast and lunches in the condo. Suppers we chose to eat out. There is a microwave oven and a 2 burner stove, so some cooking could be done. But I was on vacation and couldn't be bothered with anything more demanding than a salad. There are beach chairs available. Emanuel answered all of my questions before we got there. I emailed him the day after we checked in to tell him that everything was perfect. He responded immediately. We did not use most of the facilities that the building offers. But it was nice to know that they were there. What more can I say? We had a great time. Everything was perfect. Oh yes one more thing to say. OMG!!! THE DIRECT VIEW OF THE OCEAN IS BREATHTAKING BOTH DAY AND NIGHT!!!!

Manuel was our Host and he was managing everything. First Point - everything was clean - not an Standard in the US ! Second - THE BEACH ! It´s noising around and you will feel better ;) Third - everything was there - Towels, Umbrella, Chairs for the Beach, Kitchentools, Fridge, Blankets ect. Valet Parking for 1 Car is included, in the Basement are lil Shops and beverage vending machines. For longer stay in MIAMIS Collins Ave most recommend !!

Great Apartment

We spent 11 days on this apartment. I should say that Manuel (the owner) works to give you the best. The building has some details, but it is under remodelation. You can criticize some things, but this apartment is perfect. It is completely remodelated, with all the things that you need. The view is amazing and the proximity to the beach is great, too. The swimming pool is big and you have some small shops on the basement. Thanks Manuel.
